Service was excellent with RDO staff being professional and assisting with rental of equipment. The equipment was brought to location as promised and everything just went smooth.I would rent again from them in the future.

I own CAT equipment and John Deere equipment. John Deere is far superior because of the customer service from dealers like RDO in Flagstaff. The parts department goes out of there way EVERY TIME to make sure the experience is a great one. Probably the best customer service Ive ever had, and Im very old, so thats saying a lot.

Very nice people. The machine, a JD riding mower, had to be taken back for adjustment. It took a month to get standard service and belts replaced and it was expensive.

Great people to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. Only giving 4stars because i been promised a hat and never got one.
