I own a shipping store in Missouri and we shipped a package for a customer to a remote part for Arizona, for them to go on a float trip. Somehow it did not get delivered on Monday and it had to be there by Tuesday for Dad & daughter to go on the trip. It made it! We really appreciate it!! Thanks for all the long hours you put in getting peoples packages where they belong!❤

Live on Arrowhead Ave (yeah I know the drivers cringe at the street), every time we have a package delivered by UPS, they refuse to walk up our apartment hill. So they ALWAYS take it to the post office instead. What are the drivers even being paid for when they dont deliver packages but dump it on the post office half the time?

I work at NAU and the drivers they use cant manage the campus. When they can find the correct building (using the address they gave us) they attempt to deliver to only one hidden door of the parking lot and then leave with a note saying 2nd ATTEMPT even though all the public entrances are open and we are sitting inside. Evidently you dont need a very high IQ to for work UPS in Flagstaff, AZ.

The absolute worse customer service we have ever experienced. We were receiving regular shipments weekly delivered to our home. They changed drivers and all the sudden they no longer could find our home. They left a note saying we would have to pick up at UPS location which closes at 2:00. After two attempts of getting to the location 15 minutes before 2:00 the door was locked and no one would come to the door. When we called UPS 800 number they would not give us the local number and try and reach anyone. We are not in a rural area and there was no problem prior to getting a new delivery driver.

Twice now I been expecting a package. Eather its too much for the driver to deliver I end up waiting another whole day expecting my packages. And where I get my package we are usually the last customers to get our packages around 530pm and 9pm. So if our package dont arrive surely we cant do anything about till the next business day. I was waiting in the living room hoping the driver would have knocked on the door to let me know that a package arrived. But hes quickly and quietly drops it off one package and not the other. Smh.They need to get drivers that want to deliver

UPS in Flagstaff has gone to hell. In the pastmonth I have paid a premium to get two packages here on time, because they were very important. Both times they very late, more than twice as long as the 3-day I paid for. The worse thing is that they just tease you and say it will be delivered tomorrow, but then they push it back. UPS needs to clean house at this center and bring in new management.

Ups has been ok with tbe regular driver. How ever I was assured my package would come today by the manager on Saturday. No package today. It said out for delivery now its coded with an emergency again. This is bull. I would like my package and when I call to stop getting people in the Philippines who have no idea about the areas. Badly done ups.

I sent packages twice to 140 Luepp Rd...and both times the drivers could not find to deliver..The driver that retired a few months ago delivered there for me all the time with no problems..But the new drivers just can not seems to find it and my packages are always delivered late or taken back to the store...with the excuses that the house number is wrong..The house number is and was right!! I always have to call from across the United States to give them directions..WHAT I CAN SAY GOOD IS THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE WORKERS ARE WONDERFUL AT HELPING TO GET THE PACKAGES WHERE THEY NEED TO GO...I HAVE USED UPS FOR YEARS WITHOUT PROBLEMS SO I AM SURE THIS IS JUST THAT THE NEW DRIVERS NEED TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE RUAL AREAS TO BE MORE EFFICIENT...ALL IN ALL UPS IS A GREAT SERVICE...

Lady at the front was completely rude. They work 4 hrs and then blame lack of delivery on Covid. I asked for Updates and none were sent. I had to track down thru speaking to a Rep to find out where it was and had ONE DAY to get it or they would send it back. They knew exactly where it was supposed to go when I got there...YET REFUSED TO SEND IT. I went 100 miles out of my way because they ARE TOO LAZY TO DO THEIR JOBS.

UPS is a great example of what not to do. Time and time again I wait for scheduled deliveries only to be disappointed. There tracking software indicates the truck was a block away then departed my neighborhood. This is the 2nd day I have waited at home wasting my days off. Fed Ex is looking like a better alternative. UPS is terrible and I will be giving my business to your competitors.

So far, the UPS Center at Huntington Dr. in Flagstaff has been extraordinarily helpful in our recent delivery. We live far out on an off-grid place where we cant receive packages. The UPS Center has agreed to help us with this problem. Were thankful to Armando, the Center manager, for his willingness to assist us and to Victor, the driver who mostly delivers in our general area. Victor and Armando are excellent people who make the name of UPS welcome to our ears!

Packages are always late. I tried to pick it up because I needed the package before Monday (it was scheduled to be delivered Friday, so I thought I had given myself enough time), but was told that they are closed for the weekend and I would just need to wait. The USPS package had absolutely no problem getting to me (was ordered the same day and was delivered Friday). If at all possible, use a different delivery company if you want/need your things on time. Although, to be fair, I should have known it would be late as almost every other package that is handled by UPS is late, usually due to lack of trying to actually deliver the package or delays.

Absolutely horrible service. A gift card was sent to me and they sent it to customs to be verified.. This is insane. Not only that but because it was to be sent on a Thursday, then delayed even further on a Friday, NOW I have to wait till Monday. The customer service people are little help and little compassion. UPS is the worse service I have seen in this town. They need to get their act together. -5 stars from this customer, I am just completely sick of dealing with their delivery issues. How can something be sent to customs when an item doesnt even leave the state. What a B.S. excuse. We are talking about a gift card here UPS not brain surgery.

Had a signature required package. No problem Ill have them hold using the handy info notice number on the website. Oh whats this system temporarily unavailable try back later Tried back later, guess what still not working. No problem Ill just call the 800 number, oh now I will wait for a total of 60 minutes never to talk to a representative. Thank you UPS for making receipt of packages so easy, how ever would we live without you in this fast paced world. Get your business together you morons !!

Absolutely horrible customer service! This is the 2nd time weve had a sticker placed on our door with no knock or ring of the door bell. When I contacted customer service the lady who says she was the delivery drivers supervisor told me I was lying because he said he did. We have 2 large dogs that go crazy when someone knocks or rings the bell. I payed $20 extra for one day delivery due to I am going out of town. This place has no customer service, nor do they care about their customers.

Echoing many of the other complaints: the driver left a delivery attempt notice without knocking and the supervisors best suggestion was that I come pick up the package tonight between 7-7:30pm because the driver was already out of my area. She also argued with me about the driver having knocked on my door. Both my husband and I work from home, we have no kids, we dont play music or TV while we work - there was no knock. That did not dissuade the supervisor from insisting that the driver did knock and that there was nothing she could do other than attempt to deliver the package on Monday (when my husband and I will both be out of town for work) or for me to come get the package tonight, or when we get back in town. So, since the supervisor did not have a great answer to this question on the phone, maybe someone from UPS will answer here (though I doubt it given the numerous poor reviews, they clearly dont care that their service is awful): what is the point of delivery if I have to drive to your distribution facility to pick up my package?The supervisor assured me that the package will be held at the local facility until we return on Wednesday - well see. I am worried that the package will be returned to the sender in that time.As a side note: I have experienced this same issue with UPS all over the country in every city I have lived in. They dont care to deliver to second floor apartments.

Wish I could do negative stars.so, they didnt deliver because no such address however, i live there and get packages all the time via USPS. so thats bull. and online the tracking was saying there was no information. finally, after a week and a half AFTER the package was supposed to be delivered and multiple times calling the number listed which wouldnt even ring...i ended up going there and picking up the package myself.luckily, for me, it was there. but what is the point of a shipping place that cant actually ship the item to my door?terrible, on all accounts.

Because we live in a rural area without physical street signs, UPS is unable to deliver packages to our house because the street number is incorrect. Despite leaving detailed directions at the Customer Center, we were told that there was no way to note directions on our account. In addition, we were told there is no way to contact the drivers in the field to provide directions. If you have Amazon Prime, request a refund every time your delivery is late or undeliverable by UPS. In short, use FedEx. They have no trouble finding our house and if needed their drivers call us the day before to confirm directions.

Same about as the other review. They claimed it could not be delivered. When not one UPS truck had even attempted to come by my place. Hard to miss since I was doing mostly outside work the same day. Are they afraid to do actual work? And then just pass off a package as undeliverable, because they wanted to get a mocha at the local store instead? Someone needs to have a talk seriously with its drivers. As a few weeks before this. I ordered a computer which was to be delivered to the store. That day the driver claimed it was not on their truck. Come to find out it was on their truck and was delivered at the end. It makes me wonder where UPS got its current drivers for the Flagstaff area. As its very horrible service.Whats the point of quicker delivery when brain dead workers run the show. And then you get it much later defeating the rush delivery. And no sense of compensation for it being late. Rather have proper service.To tell you how easy it is to find my place. A delivery driver whom we never had deliver to us, can easily find our place. So to not find our place is simply a driver not caring to deliver. Or whom has not passed a basic grade school education. Id vote for not caring over stupid.

The package was supposed to be dropped with my apartment manager. They didnt leave it. I called to see if they could drop it after I get home from work or at work, they said no. The manager was able to confirm with the driver that they could drop it at another ups and I could pick it up. I called this other store to let them know. They called saying it couldnt be dropped because that manager who confirmed the new drop off also put a hold on it so the delivery guy could take drop it off.I called the main store again and the new manager told me he must not have known what he was doing but that the package would be at headquarters after 8 pm. I didnt want to go out that late. He told me he would put a hold on it and leave it at headquarters so I can stop by the next day to pick it up.I show up and explain what happened. They still cant find my package because someone took my name off the package. I find the tracking number and the guy at the counter goes to look for it. Comes back 5 minutes later saying he doesnt know where it is. Leaves again. Come back after 10 minutes saying the delivery driver dropped it off with the night manager and no one knows where he put it. Now I have to call back and find my package and arrange a new delivery time because Im not wasting more of my day waiting on them.Ups has one job - delivering packages. How do you mess up this badly???

So this is the second time I have had trouble with UPS delivering. I was home all day today awaiting a delivery. I was even continually checking the tracking online...which is when I noticed it suddenly said a delivery attempt was made and the receiver was not available. This is NOT possible; I was at home, inside, waiting all day, feet from my door. No one knocked on my door once.I called to find out what happened (the guy in the phone was very polite), but was told I would be called by a supervisor within an hour to let me know either way if a second attempt would be made today. It has now been over two and a half hours... no phone call, no delivery and to add insult to injury, a UPS truck drove past my place an hour ago (yes, I tried to go outside and wave him down).I called again, and the polite guy told me they tried to call me put the phone number did not go through. He read it back to me, and it was my correct number. Hmmm, I dont know what the problem is with this UPS driver and customer center, but dishonestly seems to be a big one!

I am so thankful for the staff at this customer center. Today was a nightmare trying to receive a package that was absolutely necessary for me to have this evening. The screw up came from my end, my ridiculously confusing house, and the company I ordered from. These guys went above and beyond to do their best to get the package to me when they did not have to do a darn thing. I was in the middle of cancelling my appointment (that required this package) when the driver delivered it, which was out of his way AND schedule. I wish I could thank him in person, but unfortunately my neighbors received it (same address) it and he was gone by the time I could run over. Thank you to every one who was working tonight at UPS, you all could write the book on customer service!

I will never order anything through UPS again. My package that I paid expedited shipping for was not delivered on time because the suite number showed up on the address before the street number and name, so according to them it was incorrect. So because someone decided to be a perfectionist today, I dont get my package on time. Thats just spiteful! UPS wants to take a stand on the address being backwards, so they wont deliver it, well I can take a stand too. No more UPS for me!

Ups called me to request an apartment number for a delivery and left a barely audible voice mail on what number to call to change the address. When I called said number shortly after, someone answered, I was hung up on mid sentence after being told they were closing up for the day. I understand wanting to go home for the day but if you answer the phone, finish the conversation. There is no need for such disrespect.

I spend a lot time in Ash Fork Arizona for work and for my business I order equipment all the time. Most vendors do not give me choice of carriers these days. Now I do understand that I live in a rural area, but every time my orders are shipped via UPS there is a delivery problem or I have to drive one and a half hours each direction, so 3 hours all together, to pick up my package. I would understand if other carriers did this too but they do not. FedEx delivers to my door out here. The reason for this bad review is because it mostly the other way around where UPS are saints at delivering to my other rural locations and FedEx is the pain in my ass. The Flagstaff location needs to step up its game or shift coverage to Prescott because people down there know how to work out here.

If you need to ship out a big heavy package from here, be warned - there is no automatic door here! Plus theres a nasty bump right in front of the door for you to trip on and the door itself is barely wide enough for some larger packages. The front office is cramped and theres hardly any decent parking here, either.

This place does not know what they are doing I called to.get my packages sent to the correct address before it was opened and the person I talked to seem like he had made the change later that day I come to find out it was sent to the wrong address and when I called to tell them I had changed the address the person I talked to said he had no changes and it wasnt their fault that the package was delivered there I was very upset because instead of trying to help make the situation better he just kept blaming it on me as if his employer had no blame in it for not makin the change when I called when they opened...they are very unprofessional

I have the same problem as a couple of other reviews. Live in a very rural area. Dirt roads, few signs. Bht I put out direction signs, but driver too busy to look at signs, following GPS takes wrong turns, goes to dead end, assumes address is wrong. I my signs were followed, there would be no problem. Im only a summer resident, next summer I am setting out huge signs, 4 x 8 white signs with bright red letters, maybe then I can get the shipments I order. BTW, FedEx has no problemo finding my address!

Very disappointed. My package was supposed to be delivered on Jan 30th. It was delivered to the wrong address on Feb. 2nd. I did not even receive them until Feb. 9th. They told me over the phone there was a glitch in the system and it was delivered to the wrong address. I drove to the store to pick it up and I was told I was in the wrong. I was told it was my fault I put the address wrong. I was told I even needed to change how I write my address, even though I have always gotten my mail. So frustrated I have to wait but I am going to be blamed. So disappointed.

Terrible, they never deliver to our door and there is no reason not to the driveway to our house is just a little longer then the other houses but they say they can not find it when its clearly marked on the mailbox with an arrow down the driveway.
