Bought a ring for my wife and had the ring resized. No hassle when I got the ring resized. Felt the equity in the store haha... great customer service skills all around

Did this place close for good? Stopped by three times. Each time their sign and online said they’d be open but it’s gated up.

Buyers, go elsewhere, you will thank me for it. Probable the worst service Ive EVER had, in any situation EVER. Sad thing is, I went back thinking it was a one time deal, although I was wrong, 2nd time was worst. There are so many places to buy online these days dont frustrate yourself, I guarantee it will happen.

I would put 0 stars but there is not option for that. So, they have really bad customer service at this store. The male is really sarcastic and rude. The females that work there do not have any product knowledge. The phone etiquette needs work. My feelings were hurt and not ever shopping here again. I did not want to buy anything or even get my ring back. The manager of this store seems to never be there when I need to talk to her so I can tell her what is happening and how the customer service is not good. If you are going to be rude and immature and impatient to a customer you should not be in customer service at all. Hope this issue is addressed in the future.

I LOVE Kay! My husband bought me a ring from there for our tenth anniversary. He bought it in Illinois and gave it to me five mo this later and I had it sized several times and cleaned twice in less than six months. There was no cost to me and I’m always treated nicely. The rings can run a little funky so I suggest doing a tip one associate showed me and spray the ring then your finger. I wear a eight normally and the ring I got from there was sized to a 6.5. I have no explanation but I’m really happened I learned the trick my ring is perfect.

Jasmine at this store is amazing! She is so kind and super helpful. She changed a negative experience into a super positive one and totally made my day!

The products are good. The sales person needed to be a little training. She didnt know her product knowledge or try to seek the product. Im a sales person myself and she was not selling at all.

Was looking for a pear bracelet, waiting for about 30 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge that I was there. No one helped me after waiting almost an hour. Definitely not going to this store again.

This whole staff is amazing! They always help me find what im looking for and i cant stay away from the Bulova watches thanks to them! Its a little hard to get a credit card NOW, but they work with everyone especially law-away options.
