I dont have a lot of experience personally with western tech. However being in the construction business, they come highly recommended. Recently spoke to two people there. One in the office and one in the field. Both were courteous and helpful.

Ive seen how my sister was treated by the management for this company. She was excited to work with such awesome people when she first started but your ignorance and stupidity on how you converse about your workers through emails and in person pushed her out. Im happy she is doing something she enjoys now and no longer with the company. SHE DESERVES SO MUCH BETTER!**PS I suggest treating your employees better.
