I have always had an excellent experience with Performance Staffing, they are very helpful and anytime I found myself in need of either a temporary job or help with finding something temp to permanent, theyve been very helpful. In the 10+ years Ive lived in Flagstaff they have helped me obtain 2 permanent jobs after placing me with what started out as a temp position. Great customer service as well.

Camille and Karen went above and beyond helping me market myself towards employers. I am beyond satisfied with the services and help I received in gaining employment through Performance Staffing. I am forever grateful. Folks who write bad reviews about this place more than likely are just disappointed in themselves.

Unprofessional, disrespectful interview process that leads to harsh character judgement. The interviewer didnt start the interview at the scheduled time, took one of my general interests and threw it back into my face as a reason for why I didnt research a position in which I applied, regardless of the short notice they provided for the interview in the first place. Then had the nerve to accuse me of, just looking for a job to get by till something better comes along. Hello, this is a staffing agency, thats why you exist. Genuinely the worst staffing agency Ive had the misfortune of interacting with. I would recommend Labor Ready over this location any day.

Performance staffing is a small locally owned staffing agency with a very personal approach to what they do. Extremely nice and friendly personnel, very helpful in finding a job that fits your career interests and skills. Highly recommend!

Very, very rude customer service... Jenny specifically. Its astounding. This is no exaggeration. Its been made very clear to me that I am a nuisance to them for being nothing but nice and very patient every time I call. What did I do to be treated so low?!
