Benjamin Deguire deserves less than a one star; yet also deserves 5. Let me explain. . He represents any client to his fullest and “bends” grey areas of the law which is legal and done n your favor. He also destroys the potential future relationship with your ex and any hope of mutual respect going forward for the sake of any minor children involved. He filed fictitious emergency orders, tells his clients to videotape, record and manipulate text to use in court for his ultimate goal of ex parte emergency orders to win favor for whomever he is representing no matter true or false. It doesn’t matter as he gets what he wants in the moment. That means your ex won’t get to speak or talk to your children in Coconino county for at least seven weeks-as long as it takes to get a court date there. This gives him motive and leverage to keep the kids with his client.Despite a DCS substantiated child abuse- his client, whom brutally beat an adopted child, he continually defended him, then despite the Order of protection in place and substantiated, the abuser started beating his younger sister; Ben Deguire STILL defended his client despite another Orde of protection and picture of repeated physical abuse, DCS open case (again) and open police investigation!So if you want someone who doesn’t care about your children, only want to hurt your ex and destroy any future communication between you-he is your guy!Personally, anyone who represents child abusers for profit, will answer to god one day...
