Professionally, I began facing some challenges in my classroom. Aaron and I worked together to facilitate conversations with students and parents about diversity, gender, and income.Aaron also introduced my class to meditation. He taught me how to do it and it is something that has totally changed the dynamic of my classroom.Personally, Aaron was instrumental in helping me work on my own “stuff.” Over the past 5 years I have worked with Aaron on continuing on my path of gaining “me” back. He has helped me to learn to set boundaries and become more independent. It is always a 2 steps forward and 1 back but I know that with his continued guidance I will come out on the other end a confident, happy person. Aaron brought mindfulness to my classroom and worked with my students and with me to make this a daily practice. He is passionate in his devotion to helping in the healing process. I am truly grateful for his work with me.

Aaron helped my daughter feel comfortable, aware and confident of herself and gave her simple tools to help her in her daily life. What a gift! At such a young age, she is working skills that will benefit her throughout her life.Aaron’s gentle and accepting demeanor, paired with years of experience, create a safe environment conducive to sharing any thoughts and feelings.As a mom, I felt heard and totally comfortable when discussing my concerns.

There are times in your life when you just need to see your life from a different prospective. Aaron gives the guidance and confidence to look at all pathways that can be taken. He is kind and supportive and really good at his job. Thanks Aaron !!
