Clarity at this place is foggy at best. The manager assumed without proof or follow up regarding a transaction on my account called cash America. The transaction was a downpayment for a kwasaki ninja that i put on layaway at CASH AMERICA super pawn that is on rt 66. I have the paper work showing the layaway transaction that was made that matches it exactly. I could easily bring it in for proof as well. Do a little research guys. Half-stepping a process like that makes me wonder is this the norm for this business?? It even says cash America right on their sign. How sloppy can you be or rather lazy.

Staff is friendly and efficient, they make visits to the office pleasant. I appreciate their flexibility re: alternative ways to make payments during Covid.

Went to cash a loan check as check was not written from a local bank and I needed the funds immediately. They quoted me 3% ($180). I endorsed check and they ran it thru and then after they marked my check up they told me the price would be 300 to cash. Then wanted to give my check back to mearked up. Shady business there. Do reasearch and go somewhere else.

This place is horrible! Even their corporate office. They are so RUDE and money hungry! Roy is rude, Justin is incompetent and the native girl is soooo rude! This place needs to be shut down. The interest rate is astronomical. More than half of your payments go towards interest not your balance.
