My wife and I have used Andys for several different cosmetic services and have been happy every time. They got us in quick and finished ahead of schedule.Other local body shops dont want anything to do with you you less you are a full insurance job because its too small of a job. Well, Andys will do a small paint fix or bumper replacement or a full insurance job post accident.They will keep you updated with good communication and wont progress on a job if they find further issues without reaching out to you first.We will continue to go to them knowing we get good customer service no matter the size of the job, with good results.

This is my second trip to Andys and i have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I suffered vehicle damage and made an insurance claim before i was referred to Andys. They got me in for a quote and consultation the same day and began work the day after. Throughout the process i was kept up to date on the progress and made to feel very comfortable about everything. The work was completed in an exceptional manner and exceeded my expectations. staff was very professional and friendly and very honest. These guys work their butts off! Any of this negative stuff youll see sounds to me like sour apples and folks that just wont be pleased with anything. I absolutely recommend using Andys body shop.

Brought in a very old car with some body damage and we did not want to spend much money due to the low value of the car. Robert gave us advice and tips on how to do much of the work ourselves. Thanks and we will come back for auto body service if ever needed.

Also, they were super friendly and I felt like I was their only customer. My car was finished on time and looks like it came off the showroom floor. My vehicle was hit by a drunk driver while parked. Since we hadnt received the guys insurance info yet, we went though our insurance which was contracted with Andys. Robert at Andys said they wouldnt be able to get my car in for 2 weeks because they had to order parts. I got a call a few days after making the initial appointment to tell me they could get my car in a week sooner. I was super happy because my car was not safe to drive. We dropped the car off and the next day I got communication on other items they needed to work on and how it would take a bit more time to fix all issues. Robert was very informative in explaining all issues in detail. He even offered to show me in person which parts he was going to have to replace. It took a little over 2 weeks to get my vehicle back but in that time, anytime I had a question, I felt completely comfortable calling Robert to discuss. My car was done on the expected finish date. Once I got my vehicle back, I noticed a warning popping up on my dash. I immediately called Robert and he advised me to get my vehicle in to the GMC dealer to get the sensors recalibrated. He told me to do at my convenience and to call him with the info so he could take care of the bill. I was able to get that taken care of the very next day with zero issues. Andys Body shop took care of all issues and did it professionally and as quickly as they could. I appreciate how personable and informative they were!

I have a 1979 Ford truck at Andys being fully restored top to bottom! The attention to detail that the guys at Andys have is impeccable!!! I cant wait to get this truck on the road and show off their work!!!! I wish I could post pictures!

I was rear ended in my Mercedes ML 350. From the moment I called Andys I was greeted professionally and enthusiastically. They guys know their stuff and I couldnt be happier with the work they did on my car.

Took my car in to get the bumper replaced and painted and to get some body work done on my rear side panel. Paul and Robert were very helpful and friendly. They got my car in right away and gave me updates on the progress throughout the week. I was very happy with the work they did and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Great place to have your car repaired. I came in with some front end damage and Andys took care of everything for me. They worked quick to get me my car back and every time I spoke with them, they were nothing but polite and courteous. Definitely would recommend.

Great service. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They repairs were above and beyond my expectations. My windshield had a crack in it (not a result of my collision) but they replaced it anyways and put my parking passes back on the new one. They also were kind enough to store my car at their facility while I was out of town for over a month. This is my go-to shop.

Did great job on a lot of hot rods I have taken to ANDYS.

They do good work but wouldnt expedite my vehicles work even though they were waiting on parts for another vehicle.

Took my van in for repair of the rear hatch. There was a 9 horizontal crack in the middle of the panel. Apparently a previous repair done before my ownership that now was failing. Andys gave me a reasonable estimate for the repair indicating no problem to fix it. The repair was done in a few days and I was quite pleased when picking it up. Six weeks later the crack reappeared. Took it back to Andys and to their credit they did the job again. Unfortunately within a few months the crack came back. I gave up on Andys being able to make the repair that was needed. They made no effort to discuss the repair or indicate that to properly fix it was going to require more work than they originally estimated. I understand hurry up work to make a car look good so it can be sold. I keep my cars for many many years by religiously maintaining them so the quick fix to sell it work is a waste of my money.

Worst experience ever. My car was keyed and my insurance company recommended I take it there since they have a working partnership with them. Not only was the manger Paul one of the rudest people I have ever met, but I was charged for a part his staff broke while doing the repairs. When I asked Paul why I had to pay for something that was perfectly intact when I dropped my car off and that his staff broke his response was That always happens and we ALWAYS charge the customer. When I tried to tell him his response made no sense, he became irrational and even more irate. In an attempt to be fair, I offered to split the cost of the part his staff broke with him. Again his response was NO, THAT ALWAYS HAPPENS AND WE ALWAYS CHARGE THE CUSTOMER! Feeling coerced and afraid his staff might further damage my car, I agreed to pay the full amount, which was more than $100 dollars over the original estimate. When i arrived to retrieve my car, the manger Paul was there. He was rude and short with me despite my compliance to pay the full amount owed, my compliance to pay for something that was not my fault, and my positive friendly attitude. Later that night, I Googled the cost of the broken part and found out Paul had charged me more than double what the part was worth. Not only did he get money for a part HIS STAFF BROKE, but he MADE A PROFIT. I urge anyone who has used this place for repairs in the past to look at their bills and see if they were charged for damages caused by the staff.

The worst place, had taken our car there after having a collision with a deer and needed minor cosmetic damage fixed with the recommendation of our insurance. First go around we received the car back with a lot of paint blemishes and part of the grille was not replaced, so we returned the car to have them repair the paint and replaced the grille part that was not replaced. Went back the second time to pickup the car, paint was still full of blemishes and part of the fender that was part of the original repair was full of sanding marks and this time around my wife complained about the job as it was worst than before and the remarks of the owner Paul Vorhees was “go complain to your insurance company.” With his attitude and his shops shoddy work, I would highly recommend avoiding this shop.

I would not recommend Andys automotive for anything. I was screamed at lied to and generally mistreated. I had a conversation with Robert at the front desk and at one point he was yelling, hitting himself in the head and throwing a temper tantrum. I am really just dumbfounded as to how a business can treat people this way

We had a minor accident requiring body work for our RV while visiting the Grand Canyon. Andys Body Shop was recommended to us and that turned out to be a very good recommendation. Andy was especially helpful in getting a rental car and dealing with the insurance adjuster. He did the work necessary to get us back on the road sooner than promised. Andys Body Shop is a cheerful place, operated by a man who enjoys his job.

Took my Tundra in for a fairly serious repair. It came out looking better than when I bought it! On top of that they had it out of the shop earlier than anticipated. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know. Paul and his staff do a fantastic job.

Nobody likes getting their car fixed at a body shop and dealing with insurance companies. Ive gotten in three accidents this year (none of them my fault) and I thought I knew the drill in getting my car repaired quickly. However, this time the guy who hit me had an insurance company that just gave me the runaround and my insurance company was not helpful in the least in making sure my car got fixed right.I have to say Paul was more helpful than my insurance company and the turnaround was quick and my G35 looks great! Body shops like Andys body shop ease the pain and hassle of all the post-accident activity thats required to get a car repaired. If you need A body shop that you can trustand get the job done right the first time Andys is the place hands down.

I think good insurance is very important. I absolutely trust Paul Voorhees when he tells me anything about my car. He doesnt even pretend to be a know it all and tells me when Im out of his playing field. Paul has succeeded his Father in this business and has been at this his entire adult life. His talent is phenomenal. His business record shows that he is fair and knowledgeable. Nobody likes to have to pay for auto repair.... Do they?

We walk into the office, greeted by a young man,informed him we needed an estimate, he hands me a piece of scratch paper and tells me to write down my name n phone number. (First clue of unprofessionalism) He doesnt explain the process, just gets my keys and walks out without a clip board, (2nd clue).. He comes in and says hell contact the insurance company, I ask him for a hard copy and he states they dont do that. I inform him all the other companies gave me hard copies, so I ask him for the amount and he states he doesnt know yet and hell send it to the insurance company. So I said nvm, well find someone else. He furiously crumples up the scratch paper and rudely says, why didnt you tell me that already!! I looked at him and said, are you serious? Im glad were not doing business with you, its no wonder you have bad reviews. As we are leaving, he continued to glare at us until we left the parking lot. Please dont do business here, other shops we visited after this experience, told us they hear that all the time about Andys body shop.

Incredible customer service. My car looks new again! Very high quality work with an incredibly quick turn-around. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. A pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely disrespectful customer service from the boss. He was rude when I called for a check in on how my vehicle was doing and when it would be ready. There was no follow-up given about my car, as the boss said there would be within 24 hours. He treated me as if I were barely human when I confronted him on this issue. If you want to be treated as nothing, go to this place. I have made sure to tell my insurance company to never use this man again as he has been rude to many people who have come here for service. The mechanics appeared to know what they were doing, but the boss should not be in a business that actually deals with people. Do not expect to be treated with any kind of respect if you chose Andys Auto Body Shop for service.

I had my car repaired here after I slip into a curb on ice. They replaced my tire, tie rod and various other parts. They fixed it great and in a timely fashion I would use them again in the future!

Referred by insurance company once, and had Chevrolet 1500 Silverado replace, paint hood, front bumper. Several years later returned and had weather beaten hood and roof repainted, hood dent repaired, and faulty driver door repaired. Highly recommend Andys Auto Body.
