Summer/fall of 2018 was going to involve a couple home improvement projects. Most of my neighbors were also in the midst of projects and most were delayed, not finished on time and overall a pain. They presented a fair bid and after some discussion we agreed in July for installation in October. Right on cue, Mark initiated contact shortly before the schedule to be sure all was set to proceed. Mike and Pat showed up on time to begin the install. They were friendly, prompt, professional and respectful. Finished the install as promised. Then Roger and his son came to stain the interior and finished as promised. We do have one window that still needs to be replaced but I have confidence it will happen as quickly and conveniently as possible. Fadely Home Designed replaced all the windows in our house. The install went well. Additionally, weve had two small issues with the windows in the last 10 years and Mark Fadely has quickly fixed the problems.

We first hired Fadely Home Design more than 5 years ago to completely replace wood windows in our home that had rotten sills and were drafty and hard to clean. We love the new windows - curb appeal, energy efficiency, easy cleaning and no maintenance. Mark and his crew were fast and meticulous in their replacement work. We renovated a lake cottage two years ago and again hired Fadely for that job as well and are very happy with the end result.

Amazing customer service! Fadely Home Design replaced all the windows on my home (siding, roof, and gutters too!) about 8 years ago. This winter I noticed fogging in 4 of them and a crack in one (thanks to our 90 degrees temperature swing in 48 hours). I called Mark to let him know of the problems; he asked me to send him photos of the serial numbers so he could order replacements for me. Today someone came out to swap the window panes. All fixed! How much did it cost? $0. Seriously, $0 parts & $0 labor, and no hassle! I wish I could have Mark take care of all my home projects!!

As with a number of the other reviewers comments, we had multiple quotes when we were shopping for new windows to replace the original 20 year old ones with rotting wood and foggy glass. Marks quote was thousands of dollars less than any other vendor. In addition to that, we were going to leave 2 of the originals in place that look out to our screened porch. Since they didnt face the weather elements, they were in decent shape. Mark ordered the 2 windows so that wed have a consistent look throughout-- and didnt charge us for them! The installation crew was prompt, professional and polite. I recently had a small issue with a bolt in one of the windows bending (user error on our part). Mark came to the house to assess the problem and fixed it while he was there.
