Tight doors when trucks are parked, not a big deal. I wouldnt quite say the employees are rude, but they speak over you if you ask anything and have poor attitudes. Both in the receiving office and the lumper.

Service was good for unloading. Easy check in and out. A bit slow but nothing to really complain about. But I lost 3 load locks to them. And when I questioned where they were they informed me I had none on my trailer although the shipper required 3 and put them in place. I always carry 3 in my trailer. But after getting the run around for 45 minutes I just gave up. Although they should replace them

Friendly staff, fairly quick unloading can be a little snug depending if you have trucks staged across from the door you have to back in but petty manageable

Checked in @6:00am for the appointment 15 minutes later they call me to back in to the door its 11:00am not done never deliver to US FOOD 👎👎👎👎1:00pm still unloading

Unload time here is horrible. 3 1/2 hrs later still sitting in dock. On time for appt. So its not because I was late. Detention started at 2hrs and 1 minute.

Unload went fast check out is another story. Brian from capstone that runs the desk would not print me off a receipt. Brian told me, I have too many other things to do, you already have your receipt.. I asked for a manager and then he printed it off. With his type of attitude I sure hope the best of him in life but it wont bring him very far.

Truck blocked entire road for a delivery, and the driver was extremely rude.

Havent been here since they changed the way you pay the lumpers. It didnt help speed anything up. STILL good at wasting a drivers time. 👎👎👎👎

I arrived at 815am app. Time 9am got checked in watched 6 other trucks behind me get in the doc door before me all going to the same area as me and all with the same app. Time ask sherry how could that happen and she had no answer. Maybe she didnt think I would ask all the other drivers now im the last to leave and late on my next load will never return here.

The experience there was one of the best I have experienced in the 20+ years that I have been driving. The receiving clerk/ supervisor was so helpful and informative. It was really nice.

Surprise Fast unloading maybe because due to heavy snow and no one came for delivery.Keep in mind make sure you are not late, this guys charge a lot

Never have liked US foods they charged me a late fee for something Clement the shipper created by not getting me loaded for 12 hours and kept me there for 3 hours while everything got ironed out Im not a fan I knew better Im going to take one again.

Unisex bathroom in receiving used by employees vendors and carriers are disgusting. Toilet and sink clearly not cleaned for many days, no handsoap, toilet paper just sitting about not in proper dispenser. Looks clearly unimportant to management that basic sanitation needs are so seriously neglected. Likely this management attitude is what contributes to the indifferent attitude I received from staff today.Poor reflection of cleanliness for a Food Services Facility.Reading the reviews, the is a systemic problem at this facility.

I found it funny that one driver complained about them taking one hour longer. I guess because he showed up early hes counting those hours too. 3 hours to unload isnt great by any means although unfortunately thats the standard and still faster than most big chains. This is why we get detention pay.I guess what I truly found humor in was him crying they charge a late fee with no explanation as he posted a picture of a diagram that broke it down to a tee. To top it off what kind of explanation are they supposed to give us when they charge a late fee for drivers being late?Um, this late fee youre being charged is for being late. Does late fee not explain itself? What kind of explanation is needed that drivers dont understand what late fee means?

The people is friendly and professional. It do get very busy at times and I know some of get impatient (once we realize that we all have a job to do, just give them a minute and it would get better). It would be NICE if the drivers could stay put once they got unloaded and have run out of time.

This location has limited parking. And you almost get enough room for backing into the doc door

On other sh---t hole. Had appointment at 0900. Checked in at 0845 get a door . Get done at 1505.The lady at office called this professional. Im sorry but the most I can call this is a sh--t hole place.But they charge you $200 if you are one hour late .Mother... ...

Good old capstone unloads here. Been here 4 hours with 5 pallets. Oh and it cost $300. Ill unload it for half the cost and a quarter of time.

Facility/parking lot are awful dirty for a place that handles millions of peoples food, I understand its just a parking lot but it does reflect a little on how things are handled/taken care of. Not good from a business stand point

Took a long time to unload 2 pallets one being a 1/2 pallet but the lady up front was nice and polite so not to bad

They counting every pallet,so unloading takes 3-4 hours+ lumper fee.

New fee’s so after 6 hours in dock are u going to give us 250 dollars 💵, u guys are dreams, don’t treat driver like dogs pls

Eh its ok. I have to use it to order food and supplies for my company. It is a good place to host meetings for your company.

I deliver quite often thru out the year to this facility for over 12 years & have had no big issues but it would be nice if your website had an email or phone# to contact your receiving depth if were running late for delivery

Place is the run of the mill us foods. Sad Indiana crackheads work here and leave ur trailer a mess. Took forever to get a door and unloaded. Only good thing is that I use the parking lot and a bathroom.💩

OTR, been to a lot of usfoods, and they all about the same, delivery in the morning and empty within 1-2 hrs. No overnight parking but can park once empty for time being.
