What a joke... this website looks like it was designed by a middle schooler. Wont validate my account to allow online access to view and pay bills. and the only solution is to email some random 3rd party bill pay service. I really hope Citizens acquires them. Much better experience with Citizens previously. Theres no way Im giving them authorization to auto draft my bank account when this is the level of organization and efficiency.

Pretty expensive utility. I pay the same time every month, on the due date, yet multiple bills I have received have a carry-over balance from the previous month. I typically ignore and pay the current month.

Ridiculous company in policies and customer service.Our bill is setup for automatic payments every month. Today I saw their paper bill showing some arrears of $9.05. Called them, the same rude and unprofessional lady told me that its because of the fine as they have recently increased the service charges by few cents and our last payment was still few cents short.I requested to waive the fine as we were not aware of any such change. Her answer was that she cannot waive it. Because otherwise everyone who calls will ask the same.Its not the amount. 9 or 10 dollars are not going to make someone rich or poor. Its the un-professionalism this company and their Customer Service lady shows.This has happened the second time in two years time.If there is any other competitor company, I would definitely switch the service to them.

Terrible website, charge way too much for this service and do not have a way to do auto payments. They also charge you extra to pay online with a credit card but do not have a way to pay direct from a bank for free. Yes we understand that it costs a company to use credit cards BUT they also save money by not having to mail physical paper work to customers. I can guarantee the cost to pay a human to send letters as well as the cost of postage is more than the fee of the credit card company. Just a slap in the face for an already terrible online experience. I can only imagine what the costumer service is like if you actually need them. When I moved into my new house I received a bill from these guys. I went online and the website was so bad that I thought this was a scam and proceeded to call the city of Fishers to verify first that it was a real company and secondly that I was forced to use their service. Yes and yes.

It is 2018 and they do not have a way to set up automatic payments online. I asked if they could create that and was told yeah, well I hear that 25 times a day. If you have 25 customers a day making the same complaint maybe you should do something about it. You charge a ludicrous amount every month for sewer access. Maybe apply some of the absurd profits to developing a website a step up from a teenagers Geocities website from 1998.

Are you serious? Its 2017 and not only do you not have a way to pay bills online, you dont even accept credit cards or debit cards? What a ludicrous joke of a company.
