I have loved my work as a tutor with Tutor Doctor Indy. It has been so gratifying and easy to connect with students and help make a measurable difference in their lives! I also really enjoy getting to know students and their parents. In addition, the management team is so communicative and helpful, especially given the many unknowns of this past year.

I work for a company that focus on making sure our team is taken care of in anyway we can. This past year during COVID-19 I reached out to James Dolan/Tutor Doctor Indianapolis to find out what they could offer the parents at our company who were now tasked with their children e-learning vs physically going to school. James has been amazing! He worked with me to come up with different options we could offer our employees and was quick to make sure if we needed anything additional he was available! At the end of the day James and Tutor Doctor were able to offer us an amazing experience while helping us help our kiddos!

Tutor Doctor has been very easy to work with. From the initial phone call, to onboarding (answering questions and getting set up) to Lexie, our tutor, coming over to our home, ready and prepared to tutor. Lexie is a great fit for our 8yo daughter - she keeps our daughter engaged while learning. As a single parent during this terrible pandemic I have found enormous comfort and relief working with Tutor Doctor.First, their compassion to serve, understand and to serve the needs of my son is beyond reproach. They have gone to great lengths to match the needs of my son with an extremely well qualified tutor. His tutor “gets it”.Secondly, his tutor takes enormous pride in preparing in advance for each tutoring session.I chose Tutor Doctor to help my son prepare for his SSAT standardize testing. This test consists of Math, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary and Written Comprehension.Last, my sons tutor takes his time with each session until my son fully understand the material. Therefore my son gets the most out of every “face to face” session. I highly recommend Tutor Doc to any family desiring a tutor. Tutor Doctor is well worth your money spent..

Our experience with Tutor Doctor Indy has more than exceeded our expectations. We were matched with Jocelyn for chemistry help after enrolling in the tutoring program. Jocelyn has been wonderful and has made chemistry much more comprehensible for my son. He has improved greatly and for that we are so grateful!

My son has been getting tutoring for Spanish and math from Tutor Doctor for over a year. It has been a godsend during the pandemic / virtual learning to give him that extra boost. Both Lauren (his Spanish tutor) and Baylee (his math tutor) have been fantastic! Baylee also works on organizational skills with our son, which has been a great help. They meet online and that seems to work well for our son, but I know they do in-home tutoring as well. Their flexibility with scheduling has been great!

I cannot be more pleased with Tutor Doctor. I have used Tutor Doctor for my son, who is on the Autism Spectrum, for a year. They matched tutors that were very well suited for my son, and my sons grades improved dramatically. I was always kept informed and the price is comparable to most tutors. I cannot recommend them enough!

My son began to perform less than he desired in Algebra 2 Honors and we used Tutor Doctor Indianapolis for the remainder of second semester. In the midst of the stay at home efforts, sessions were able to seamlessly continue online. His tutor John was excellent and highly qualified. He communicated with my son so well and was so prepared. If there were sessions that my son had no current issues with the content, they spent their time covering past concepts with which he struggled. Tutor Doctor was a great fit and a low pressure experience. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I am completely impressed with the services my High School son has received. He was able to complete 3 Courses over the summer in just 7 weeks. He received all As in these courses he had previously failed during the regular school year. The tutor connected with my son and was able to help him to understand how to prioritize his assignments. He never complained about attending 4 days a week for 2 hours over his summer. He requested to continue working with his tutor during the regular school year; without my suggesting. I can see that he has more confidence in himself and he wants to do well in school. I highly recommend Tutor Doctor if you have a child that is having difficulty in their studies.
