Unfortunately, they are slipping for daily development of their clients & supporting the stellar proactive staff that receives kudos from clients & coworkers. You might be a happy camper though if you can climb higher in their ranks. ...Unrelated, however, is 5 stars for music therapy! Well done on that front!

Listen to your employees more before you make a rash decision! You never know what you have till you dont have it anymore. A good employee can be lost all because YOU dont know the facts or spoken to an employee personally. Management are to worried about running to the higher up without talking to the employee and getting full feed back. Take time for your employees so you dont turn a good thing bad.

My daughter has had music therapy here and is now in behavioral therapy, all the staff we have had contact with is very calm, caring and patient.

Just a fantastic organization and staff are super friendly and do wonderful work for their clients.
