Super disappointed with the service we had to treat fleas in our basement. We live in a small house and had an isolated flea problem in our basement only. We were originally told we would more than likely need 2 treatments to get rid of the problem. But ended up getting 4 treatments. We did absolutely everything we were supposed to do; got our cats treated immediately (whom dont even go in the basement), vacuumed, cleaned out the entire basement and threw out half of our stuff. Got each treatment 2 weeks apart as we were told to do. Literally did everything right. Weve now spent nearly $1000 and the issue still is not resolved! We are beyond frustrated and disappointed. Now we are told it can take up to 8 treatments to completely get rid of the problem LOL. A business should take care of their customers who have been nothing but kind, patient and understanding. Well take our business somewhere else

It was brought to my attention, that I had a pretty large hornets nest that was about the size of a softball, very close by my front door. I wouldn’t have ever saw it. I like to rave about the Freedom Pest Control company. My customer server was Warren.The first time I called them was about carpenter bees boring holes into my deck. When I called the number The gentleman by the name of Tim answered the phone and answered all my questions about my concern for the call. Warren what is the Service man that came out to take care of my issue. In the meantime I had an issue and I had for a while with the Roley Poli bugs. That was a two part service car. It came out on July 21 and again on August 4. I left my home knowing that it would locked up sufficiently when he left. Warren came out and set about looking for entry points that a rodent might be entering our house. He was very respectful and professional. He knew his trade in explaining how mice can get into our house and what to do when they do. He worked on our problem of hearing scratching sounds late at night in one of the interior walls of our house. We did have to replace all of our crawl space vents and put new weather stripping on the bottom of our garage door, but so much less money than we were quoted by another company. Warren M. came to my home on a Saturday at the appointed time. He inspected the home and identified where mice could be getting into the house. He placed poison bait where there appeared to be activity including the crawl space and attic. Two weeks later he again arrived on the appointed time and we still had mice in two spots that had not originally been identified. He baited those spots and one week later we are rodent free and hear no more mice. Professional work performed by a friendly, professional employee.

Freedom Pest Control is a wonderful company. When I called, they got back to me immediately and followed-up a few times to make sure I received the help I need. They schedule me in extremely quickly.
