This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I was hung up on by the front office staff on one occasion towards the beginning of the pandemic when I needed a med refill and was pleading my case. I have been to 3 different psychiatrists at this place. The first one dropped me without notice for refusing treatment when I didnt want to be on a certain med. She then left the practice without notice. The other psychiatrists (most recently Ashley) had very little empathy and were unwilling to make changes when needed. Not to mention that each session is $150 and they want to schedule you once a month no matter what. And I was charged $150 for a three minute phone call when I was suicidal and needed new meds or a referral to the hospital. Evie (? unsure of spelling) is the only professional person in this entire place. She actually tried to get that $150 taken off my bill because she thought it was ridiculous too. dont know about the therapists, but stay away for psychiatry.

I recommend Lotus Group for counseling without reservation. My husband and I went thru pre-marriage counseling with Kristie. It was a positive experience. I have also seen Kristie for individual counseling at various seasons of life the last few years. When I interact with the front desk personnel, I have always found them to be professional and they return calls in timely manner.

I had been a patient here for years. I used to receive great care from Dr.Rebecca Mueller until she left unexpectedly. I continued going to the Lotus Group under the care of Ashley. During the closure of most businesses at the start of the COVID pandemic, I received a phone call instead of an in person or virtual appointment. The phone call was only a couple of minutes but ended up costing me $150, the price of a “regular” appointment. I explained that I was more than willing to pay some money, but $150 for a phone call that was only a few minutes seemed completely wrong and unfair. I spoke with Tiffany (who apparently works the front desk) and pleaded my case that $150 for a couple of minutes on the phone didn’t seem justified. She explained to me that she had already spoke with Ashley & Patrick, who owns the practice. I asked if I would be able to speak with Patrick about this issue, where she then explained that she is his wife and doesn’t see him changing his mind about my issue. She explained that I could email him, but she did not think he would return my call. I was shocked to hear this, and frankly quite upset. I have spent thousands of dollars at this practice over the years, but will never be going back. The level of unprofessionalism and willingness to work with patients leaves little to be desired.

I contacted the company to try to get scheduled for marriage counseling. The lady who answered the phone was rude. Not sure if its because Im black that she thought I couldnt afford the sessions or what the case may have been. My husband and I make a pretty good wage so the prices of counseling are not important to us right now. I immediately discontinued the conversation after speaking to the rude receptionist. If the service is bad at the door I dont want any parts of the rest.

I have been a client on and off at Lotus Group for the past couple years. Started for couples therapy, transitioned to individual, and I get my medications here. Kristy has been great to work with as my therapist - I have a tendency to ramble and she has a great patience with me while being able to gently get me back on target (much needed!). And even after months of not being on her schedule, she still would say hello when I waa in for my meds. She would ask about me and her schedule was always open for me to come back - which I have :) And Ashley, my NP, is very attentive and thoughtful in her prescribing while also being willing to listen to my daily experience. The front office staff Ive worked with have also been very nice and polite, even greeting me by name if the waiting room is empty (confidentiality). They are only 4 stars because the lack of being in any insurance providers has made accessing their services difficult, but as a mental health provider myself, I can respect and understand the decision-making behind being in or out of network. And as an openly bisexual and non-religious client, I have never felt othered or judged even though they clearly have a Christian influence. The front desk usually has Christian music playing and there are many crosses around the office, so something to be aware of if youre sensitive to those kinds of things, but the music is soft and the staff arent religiously driven in their interactions with clients, more of a decor thing. Also, for reference, my other visible/known identities are white and cisgender woman.

The doctors and staff at Lotus Group are fantastic! We are treated like family. They have helped us navigate several tricky periods in our lives and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a client of the Lotus Group for about 3 years and have always found everyone there to be extremely caring and professional. The front desk ladies always provide me with a warm welcome and are efficient in their check-in and payment/check-out procedures. Evie Jacobs is the therapist that I see and she is outstanding, as well. Evie is quick to listen and slow to speak, as well as extremely caring and dedicated to her clients. She encourages clients to journal to her through email and will often take time outside of regularly scheduled visits to respond and offer her thoughts. Additionally, she has been willing to squeeze me in to her schedule or stay later than usual to meet with me. On top of all of this, Evie is strong in her Christian faith and incorporates those values in to the therapy she provides. I strongly recommend the Lotus Group to anyone seeking therapy from a Faith-based and personalized company.

We received a recommendation to take our daughter for counseling with Evie Jacobs at the Lotus Group we are so glad we did, Evie does a great job with small children. She know how to get on their level and for them to be able to open up about how they feel. She provides direction and a sense of security. Our daughter now 10 feels like Evie is her friend and when she needs someone to talk to she knows Evie will be there. As a parent Evie has always been very accessible to us, I contacted her on a weekend with a possible issue, she did not hesitate to offer to meet us someplace to be able to talk to our daughter if needed. This helped me know that we were in the right hands. Evie has always had an open line of communication with us and for that I thanks her and the Lotus Group

The well written, extremely detailed, astoundingly polite and positive reviews must have been written by the employees or their friends (they must think everyone is gullible and ignorant), because this place is shockingly unprofessional and unethical! I went a total of 5 times HOPING it would get better. The woman I saw actually fell ASLEEP in 3 of our sessions. Or nodded off... I genuinely think she’s on some sort of drug, but definitely shouldn’t be practicing any type of medicine. I’m a Christian but but these people are the reason so many think we are a judgmental group; Ive overheard them saying terrible things (they definitely dont attempt to conceal identities of their patients). On my 5th and final visit they suddenly increased the price by $20 when I checked out and didn’t bother to tell me ahead of time or I would’ve said “Forget it!” and not wasted that final attempt at getting help. This place is a danger to anyone who is familiar with psychology and should be closed. And I believe it will be eventually. There are other, COMPETENT places to receive mental health help... just be patient even though it’s difficult when you’re struggling

Evie Jacobs is wonderful! When I first met her in 2010, I was a mess. I was entrenched in grief and could not find my way out. Over the next years, Evie would listen and offer comfort and advice. I never felt judged by her at all. Slowly, I was able to work through my grief and process the event. She helped the two separate worlds of my grief and my happiness merge and become one. I have learned how to deal with my grief in a productive way. It is still a process for me, but if it wasnt for Evie, I would probably still be stuck today. I respect her as a therapist and counselor, but I also look at her as a friend. I am so thankful for her friendship. She is a truly gifted person and I would heartily recommend her to anyone needing help.

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) has emerged as a novel neuromodulation technique in the management of depression. Lotus Group provides this type of service and my review is based on the staff, particularly one employee. They were all amazing and extremely helpful. If you have questions, do not be afraid to ask them. They addressed my depression and anxiety. They were flexible and stressed the importance of completing the treatment in order for it to be successful. It will take a commitment of you the patient to complete the TMS procedure. The importance of this treatment is when all meds fail to help depression, but having a professional and kind staff is also critical for success. I am grateful for this treatment and staff. Lastly, I do not know nor am I related to any of the staff members.

Wonderful staff with a wide range of appointment lengths and times. Wish they would were in more insurance networks, but quality makes the extra cost worthwhile. LGBT+ friendly!

I have been coming to LotusGroup for almost two years now and I absolutely LOVE them. They have helped me along my journey when things in my marriage were on shaky ground. They have helped not only my husband and I but our children as well. It was a blessing from GOD that we crossed paths with them. I honestly dont know where we would be if didnt have them there to guide us. THANK YOU LOTUSGROUP FOR EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU THAT HAVE TOUCHED OUR LIVES IN SUCH A PROFOUND WAY!
