Alan W made the car buying experience enjoyable. It’s what buying a new car should be. No stress no hassle and fun. I bought my black label navigator basically over the internet and phone from another state. The dealership had everything ready just like promised when I arrived to pick up my new car. Just purchased our second new Lincoln from this dealership. Alan Willitzer did an amazing job again. Buying a vehicle with him is so easy. There is no pressure or pushy salesmanship. We did almost everything by text and email. Also, for the second time, John Bringle was the finance manager we had the pleasure of dealing with. Same experience, no pushing of adding additional coverages. The culture of this dealership is amazing. Worth the 2 hour drive to purchase here.

Great test drive! We came in to purchase a Black Label, but we will not be buying from this dealership due to the judgemental attitude of the sales rep.I am leaving 5 stars because the dealership does their business correctly and in the most respectful manner, and I do not believe that something a sales rep said should negatively impact the reputation of the business. It simply means I need to find a sales rep that respects me.Edit: the sales rep followed us out the door and made some nasty comments. This was a 5 star review, now it is 4. That sales rep needs to be fired. There is a respectful level of pushing sales, but his final comments to my wife and me were absolutely horrible.

Bill at service is FANTASTIC!!I had my vehicle in for service at Tom Roush and had the pleasure of working with Bill several times. From the moment you come in he listens to the customer, explains the process and makes sure you are comfortable with the plan going forward.You dont even have to worry about getting treated fairly as Bill treats everyone like family.You can tell the entire staff is trained to treat EVERY customer this way. Tom Roush knows that they arent really in the Sales and Service field but in the Customer Service field.

I just want to start off by saying I have had an absolute horrendous time with other car dealerships but definitely not here!I have been looking for a budget car (7k as it is the first car I have ever owned.) and found one late last night. First thing this morning I got a call from Tammy Vinci. By 1pm I got a follow up call from Alan Willitzer By two pm I had settled on my car (and I hadnt even left my house yet!) by four-thirty Alan had actually sent a driver to my house (over an hour away) to pick me up and bring me to buy my car! When I got there I was immediately able to test drive the car and was wisked off to the wonderful world of signing all of my documents that had been prepared for me before I ever even arrived. I was in and out within an hour my car was freshly detailed and it drives like a dream. I am so incredibly pleased with the services they provided me and how much they went out of their way to help me. Alan was absolutely incredible and such a pleasure to work with! Im not a huge fan of Lincoln cars but I may just have to get into them because Im not sure if I could ever buy a car from another dealership again!

We purchased a used minivan there and we will have been to the mechanic four times as of Monday in the first month to try to figure out a problem. They put a window sticker on the van that said three month warranty. Only after we liked it and they started financing did they say that was just a printing error. The problem is in starting the vehicle, they made sure to have to started and warmed up for our test drive. Disappointing.

Drove 45 minutes from the opposite side of town for service past several other Ford dealers.It was worth the drive. JOHN PALMER and CHRIS HEBAUF took great care of the issues we had, which was amazing since some of the issues were intermittent and difficult to diagnose.Everything was properly repaired and they communicated throughout the process and kept me updated as opposed to me having to call and beg for an update like I have to do at most Service Departments.

Can’t say enough about this amazing dealership! This morning around 9:00 I inquired about a Lincoln MKX on the lot and after driving 1.5 hours, Alan had the car pulled up, sanitized and ready for me to take it for a test drive. There was no doubt before I even left the parking lot that this vehicle was nothing like the many cars I had ever owned before! Andy made the finance process easy and before I knew it, I was taken to my beautiful MKX waiting for me in the shop.....being kept dry from the rain!My 1.5 hour drive home was the BEST drive ever! My husband loves the vehicle and after driving it, my daughter is trying to figure out how she can trade her Equinox for a Lincoln! Less than 5 hours after leaving the dealership, I have no doubt, our entire family has “Seen the light and are not just Lincoln converts, but Tom Roush Lincoln converts!!! Truly cannot recommend this dealership and Lincoln enough!

Tom Roush Lincoln provided the highest level of service my wife and I have experienced in over 15 years of premium car ownership, including Jaguar and Volvo. On a recent visit, Jeremy noted during their maintenance review that the battery in our 2017 Lincoln Continental Reserve was showing low. He did a comprehensive check of the charging system and replaced the battery at “no charge”. Thank you, Tom Roush.

Jan, 2020 I bought a 2011 Mustang GT/CS from this dealership, on test drive I asked what was wrong with the car(I could feel something going on in the brake pedal and it made some loud squeaking noises) come to find out after not getting an answer though it had clearly been through service check, the car had bent axles and needed new brake rotors and calipers, more than a year down the road and I’m still trying to fix this car, should of never traded in my old mustang.

Scheduled maintenance experience was stress free. The service technician greeted me with courtesy and directed me to the waiting area that was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a variety of drinks, snacks,and reading materials. I was out in less than 1 hour.

I have a 2015 Lincoln Navigator that had corrosion on the lift gate and the right rear door. The warranty was 5 years unlimited mileage. This is a common issue due to the aluminum lift gate. I called Tom Roush service and scheduled a drop-off time with Jeremy Rogers for repair. They provided me with a loaner vehicle while they had my vehicle. The repairs were completed within the week. The body shop did an excellent job with the repairs and paint. When I picked up the Navigator I noticed a trim piece that had been damaged during the repair so I called Jeremy and he ordered the part in and replaced it immediately. Im very satisfied with my service experience at Tom Roush Lincoln.

My wife and I purchased our Ford cars from Tom Roush Westfield and always had a great experience there. Once this dealership opened, we were told we should start coming here for our oil changes. When scheduling the service, I asked the lady on the phone if we would get the same VIP prices as we did at the Westfield locations, to which she said yes we would. The VIP service was typically a $35 oil change and tire rotation. When I showed up this morning, I was told they do not honor the VIP services and that they typically don’t service Ford cars (even though Lincoln is made by Ford). $50 for an oil change and tire rotation still isn’t bad but disappointing that they didn’t honor the VIP prices. They only receive two stars because the waiting location is nice.

Sales staff finds it entertaining to set off car alarms when customers are walking in front of cars on the lot with key fob to see what kind of startled reactions they can get. Not really the kind of buying experience I would expect from a high-end car dealership, but if that’s what you like, you’ll enjoy shopping here. Personally, I won’t be back.

Just purchased our first Lincoln MKC and couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service and help given by Lance ( sales ) and Jo Ann ( financing ). The dealership is clean, convenient and very comfortable should you need to enjoy their waiting room. Salesman Lance took time to explain all the functions ( of our car vs other cars we test drove ) & services they provide for the car. He was very patient and not pushy. If I were to say anything negative it would be they didn’t give us much for our trade in however it was an older vehicle and we didn’t want to sell it on our own. They also would not come down off the listed pre-owned vehicle price. Having said that- it had very low mileage and was only 2 years old and it did fit our physical needs. Nice to know when we need service-they will come pick up our car and give us another to use if needed. This is the only “Black Diamond” Lincoln Dealership in Indiana and I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Lincoln. Jo Ann was helpful and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Overall, this dealership was easy to work with....no pressure!

I have been searching for a car for 3 months now and being a salesperson myself, I was extremely impressed with Alan. Most sales people I encountered over my journey of finding a car would not take me serious at all because I am young. Alan got straight to work when he saw me and I knew then and there that I wanted to buy a car off someone who cares about the customer. Alan did everything he could to help me bring the car I wanted into my budget. He talked to 3 different guys just to see if we could get the car I wanted in my budget. One week later, he calls me just to see how everything is going with the new car he sold me. I cant say enough good things about Alan and this dealership. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed to write this review. In our previous experience with Tom Roush Lincoln we found it to be one of the best dealers in the area. However, this is no longer the case. I believe in order to pay for their new facility they are no longer making customer satisfaction their priority. Under no circumstance will we do business here again and we will instead drive to Community Lincoln.

If you buy an extended warranty, please read it before signing! I give the sales process 4 stars, but we got burned by the guy who sold us the extended warranty! We verbally agreed to 4 years, 100K mi. Here we are three years later, and I find my warranty has expired. When I called, he had nothing to say but thats what I signed for. My fault for not reading the contract. But Ill never buy a car from them again.

Our company bought 2019 Navigator L Black Label through this dealer and they promised us to change the wheel what we want because we wanted the cheaper wheel and we paid the wheel option. BUT this liar put wrong wheel which is Reserve TRIM wheel and lied us that they changed to the correct wheel. DONT DONT DEAL WITH THIS WORST WORST DEALER.

So disappointed that they decided to move their dealership all the way over to Fishers. Carmel would have been a much more centalized location for current customers in Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers and Westfield. Now it is just too far away to be of any useful convenience for our maintenance or shopping services. The at-home pick-up/drop-off service is very useful, but it does make visiting the dealership unlikely for us. Lincoln is not like other makers that have multiple locations on the north side. It is the single location and, for us, the move was not a positive change.
