I purchased the Groupon for my wifes truck. I was trying to make an appointment for three weeks out. First I emailed the address listed on the Groupon and received a reply to call 225-7701. I called the number and left vm two or three times. I did receive a call back once, from a different number, that went to my vm. I then called again and left another vm. A few days later I received a return call, again from a different number. First when I told him that I had left several messages he asked what number I called. I explained I called the number on the Groupon, on the reply email and on the website. He said that was the wrong number to call, but if I called the wrong number how did the return caller get my number? When I explained that I had a Groupon and wanted to get the interior detail for Saturday June 19 the gentleman on the phone told me the Groupon is only good for weekdays, which was not noted in the fine print of the Groupon. He asked if I could drop the truck during the week but I couldnt as we both work downtown and need the car. He then offered an appointment on 6/26 but we were going to a wedding, part of why I wanted the detailing, and would not be in Indy. He then said that he would call back for an appointment on 7/3, which I reminded him was a holiday and he said he would take care of it. Today is 7/7 and I have not heard back and the Groupon expired. I expect at some point, hopefully, someone from Triple R Detailing reaches out to me to remedy the situation but I am not holding my breath.
I was blown away by how unprofessional my experience was. My husband purchased a Groupon. I called to schedule a detailing for our van. The person on the phone was rude when I talked to him, but I figured I was being sensitive due to our familys recent personal trials. I called on Monday and the appointment was set for Friday at 11am. Nothing was said about what to do once I arrived. I asked the man if he needed my contact information for the appointment. He didnt even take my name. He said he had my cell number.I drove 30 minutes to the place listed on the Groupon. There is no store front. I talked to another business there and they said I needed to call. I called the number 2 or 3 times and they never answered. It only went to voice-mail. After waiting 20 minutes I drove home. I called and left a voice mail letting them know I would wait until I heard back from them before sharing my experience. If they had a legitimate reason, I didnt want to say anything negative and hurt their company.He returned my call the next day and said I was a no-show on the 14th and that I had my appt time wrong. I told him I couldnt possibly have scheduled it for BEFORE the day I called. He continued to argue with me. At first I thought i called on Wednesday, he said that his records said i called on Monday. Fine. That was still 10 days AFTER the 14th. I told him I was very disappointed by how this was handled. He said he wasnt going to speak to me because of how rude I was. I didnt swear, I didnt call names. I disagreed with him.Now we have to figure out how to get our $170 back from Groupon. 😡😡😡
I got a Groupon. Called them to schedule an appointment. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I canceled my Groupon. For you will not be getting my business. And if you read this you can cancel my Wednesday appointment. I am not showing up.
Bought a groupon for my husband’s birthday. I was a little skeptical when this turned out to be in the SOS storage but we couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. Will definitely be back!!
I spoke with the owner on 2 separate occasions prior to my appt and he never mentioned that I would be bringing my vehicle to a storage space w/o any place to sit and wait. I was subsequently told to wait outside in the cold. I waited in the parking lot wrapped in a blanket for 2 1/2 hours. They also charged me $20 extra because there was (very minimal) animal hair on 1 of the backseats. The men were just plain unfriendly and rude. There was also a white residue left of dash surfaces. I would not recommend this business based on quality, professionalism, and convenience.
