So amazing in both results and customer service! We had damaged tiles replaced plus our entire main floor grout cleaned, treated and sealed. Floors are spectacular and Tony is our household hero! Completely happy with our service!

Such a fabulous experience! Just bought a home and needed repairs done that they identified in the inspection. Mr Grout was able to get me worked into a packed schedule so that we could move and use the shower. While repairing it, he found another issue. Without missing a beat, he developed a plan to repair it and incorporated it into the job. My quote remained the same even with the extra hiccup. Super nice guys, very helpful and knowledgeable. I absolutely would recommend them!

These guys did an amazing job on the shower tile in a rental unit we own. I couldn’t believe how much better it looked. You would never believe it was just a refresh and so affordable because it looks like such an upgrade. They obviously take great pride in their work and they are also very kind and accommodating. They worked hard to get us scheduled quickly even though it was a smaller job and were excellent at communicating. I would highly recommend them!!

Lane did a great job on my tile and grout! The light grey grout was a nasty brown color after lots of muddy dog paws and mopping. After a thorough cleaning and color seal of the grout and a cleaning of the tile, it looks brand new. Highly recommend Mr. Grout &Tile!

Tony repaired and cleaned are tiles and grout. He was on time ever time he came and such a friendly person. You could not even tell we’re he replaced tiles after he cleaned tiles and grout. What a great job he did and are neighbors saw the job he did for us and now they will hire him for their tile jobs.

We recently purchased a new home and then determined we needed to gave our tiles and grout sealed. This included tiles in master shower and floor, two other bathroom floors and tiles in the kitchen. Tony had restored our master bath shower tiles in our former house and they had come out better than new. We knew we wanted him to do the work on the new house but because time was short before we moved in we were not sure if his schedule would allow. Called Tony and explained the situation. He agreed to meet at the new home on Saturday to determine the scope of the work. As usual he was there waiting for me Saturday morning. He provided an estimate and said he would have to order one of the colors but would get the work done on a Saturday. The next week he called to set up the time for that Saturday. Once again he beat me to the appointment, did his thing and produced a great job. Tony cares about his work but he also cares about people. We certainly appreciated his efforts and enjoyed seeing him again.

Tony is simply the best! Our floors look brand new after 12 years of abuse. I cant say enough good things about Tony.....exceptional quality, attention to detail, honest work at a fair price. We will be using his services for some of our commercial propertys moving forward!

Our master shower was leaking - Tony gave us a quote to replace the grout/caulk in the base which he said would fix our problem. The quote was $4500 less than another quote we had gotten from another company that said we needed to demo/replace tile in the base to fix the problem. Tony did a great job replacing the grout in the shower - it looks like new! AND there is NO LEAK. And, he saved us $4500 dollars. He was honest, on time, friendly, and professional. I would recommend Tony for all your grout and tile needs.

Tony did a great job cleaning our tile floors and shower, and paint sealing the grout. He was on time, friendly, and professional. Our floors look like new.

This was just my experience. Did not finish job as originally agreed. Two tile installers did not agree with his opinion that entire shower needed to be repaired. Damaged new cove base in areas he cleaned tile that we had to back charge for. Very rude at times.
