Discovered a nail in a tire on my wifes car. I took it to Best-One of Indy on Allisonville. They worked me in despite of being busy. Twenty-three dollars and an hour later the car was back on the road.

Purchased new tires at Best One this week for our vehicle. Chris and team provided excellent and prompt service. They quoted me an estimate, which I price checked on-line from a tire supplier, and I then authorized them to proceed. I’ve been using Best One (and it’s predecessor firm) for over 25 years. Will continue doing so.

I had the best experience with Best-One of Indy. Right before Christmas my Range Rover stalled in the middle of an intersection and all the electronics stopped working. Had it towed to Best-One of Indy and they diagnosed it immediately the next morning. They called and said I need a very specific part and with the holidays it could take 3 weeks. The Range Rover dealer said the same. My estimated ETA was 1/14 and I got it back 1/7 and they texted me updates along the way. I had a warranty so I didn’t have to pay but if I did the price was so reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEST-ONE INDY!! Thank you so much

Near the end of the workday, a coworker entered my office and informed me there was a large screw sticking out of the tire of my brand-new truck. I immediately left and drove to the closest tire service center on the street. When I walked in, the assistant Manager Alaina was on the phone, but smiled and motioned to me that she would be with me in just a moment. While on the phone, I heard her tell the person on the other end that they had become very busy in the last hour, but she promised she would fit her in and get her tire fixed if she could be there in the next five minutes. After she hung up, I thought that I was out of luck, as they would be closing soon, but Alaina ran to the back and asked if someone could help me out too, and they quickly came out and got my truck and drove it into the garage. In the meantime, the woman who had called, came in and dropped off her car and they got to work fixing it so she could make it to a dinner engagement she had with her Mom. While we were waiting, someone called the other customer and on speaker phone they wished her Mother, who was with her, a Happy Birthday. Well, Alaina could not help but overhear and when they were done, she wished the woman a Happy Birthday too and assured them they would get to their dinner engagement just fine, even though they were super hectic and trying to finish fixing everyone’s tires before the shop closed. I commented to her that she was very upbeat and friendly despite being so busy, which I thought was commendable, and she just smiled and said she doesn’t worry about the things she can’t solve, just focuses on the things she can take care of and that she doesn’t let stress get to her, something she learned in church, and she also happened to mention that she sang as well. Well, the other woman in the shop asked if she would sing something, and she immediately said yes, I will sing Happy Birthday to your mother, and then proceeded to bless us with a beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday right there in the waiting area while they finished up fixing our tires in the garage. And shortly after, we were both able to go on our way, thanks to Alaina and the people who work there. So, what normally would have been a minor annoying issue, instead turned into a very pleasant display of grace under pressure, and I could not have been more pleased with their service. I will go there again and would recommend you do the same. Great people!

Low Tire Alert to start my Saturday morning…the tire had an unrepairable leak. Thanks to my Best One Warranty I was in and out with a new tire.

I had a slow leak in a tire and stopped in. I was greeted promptly and within an hour my car was ready (nail was found and tire repaired). The price was reasonable and the staff were courteous and friendly. The waiting area was clean and everyone was wearing masks. While I was waiting on my car I overheard an employee dealing with a very obnoxious customer and was impressed with his patience and tact in successfully addressing her issues (which seemed ridiculous to me!). We took my sons car in 2 weeks ago for a check engine light. Bad sensor, fuel injection service, good to go, fair price. Fast forward, to now..light back on, the services had an ill effect on something else. No fault of any party. The great team at Best-One got the part ordered and replaced at no charge! One of the challenges of moving to a new community is finding an auto shop that you feel you can trust. Best one has been that for us! It was proved to me when I took my car there thinking I had brake issues (they were noisy!). Instead of pressing me to re-do my brakes, they just informed me that it was due to the type of pads I had installed and that I was good to go. Follow up trips with other issues have also been promptly diagnosed and fixed without worry. Thankful!

Elena at the front desk was terrific. DJ, the service technician, was very informative and helpful as well. I drive a Volvo XC90 which requires 5 and 1/2 quarts of synthetic oil. They changed my oil and replaced my filter for only $70!! Didn’t have to set an appointment either! They said come on in and completed the work same day. It costs me over $100 anywhere else. Great deal and fantastic service. Will return 👍.Returned on 05/26/2021. Elena at the front desk was terrific as always! This time it only cost $55 for full synthetic oil change!

Made an appointment to have a nail removed from my tire and have the tire patched. I arrived early, they worked on the car ahead of the appointed time, and I had my fixed tire back in under an hour.Less than 4 hours later, I was back in my car heading to a Bible Study and found the same tire to be flat...completely. I filled it with air and called Best-One that a disappointed customer would be returning.They immediately worked on my car. They discovered the patch was improperly installed, as it did not adhere to the tire. I was told that one of the more junior staff had been assigned the original job. This time, the more experienced folk worked and patched the tire. It took less than 30 minutes.I left the store for the 2nd time that day......missing my Bible Study.....but I was given gift cards for a free oil change. Disappointed that I lost some trust in the quality work at Best-One, but pleased that they recognized the negative impact on the customer and offered some recompense.Mistakes will always happen, and Best-One stepped up to admit their error. Bravo.

Had a flat tire and changed it on the road. So stopped in and my tire was shot so they ordered a new one. Left my rim and they put the tire on and called me when it was ready a few days later. Went to pick it up and asked if they could put it on the car and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half before they could do it so I took it home and changed it myself. That was okay didn’t take but a few minutes but while I was changing it I noticed they charged me for a new valve but it was still the old valve in it. So it’s just little things like that, that will make me think twice about going back.

Appt was a 730am. I arrived at 733-735 to all doors being locked. Made eye contact with the gentleman at the front desk and he just kept doing whatever he was doing and in no hurry to get the door. I went to the other door thinking maybe it was unlocked but it wasn’t. Gentleman was still behind the desk looking at me stand there. When he did finally come to unlock the the door, he purposefully went to the side that I wasn’t standing at and opened it before coming to the door I was standing at. When i get in and he finally gets back behind his desk he was rude and seemed really annoyed by my existence. Mumbling his questions and getting annoyed by having to repeat himself, to the point where I almost left. My appt was for 730, I don’t think my truck got into a bay to get serviced until 8:00am. I’ll need 4 brand new tires in a few months..I’ll be buying them elsewhere.

I’ve used Best one Indy a couple different times. This time I had my oil changed and air filter replaced as well as tires rotated. Scheduled a time and they got my truck in right on time. Quick turn around for the job. Will absolutely be back.

I have been a customer at this location for two years. Taking my 3 cars, to change the oil, tires and all the maintenance and I also have recommended the service to my family and friends, especially for the excellent attention that I got from their previous manager Trane Fox. He always was kind, nice, trying to help and provide the best experience, etc. Today a new manager Chris Applegate was who attended me and unfortunately I have to say that THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!HE WAS VERY RUDE, he spoke to me in a totally inappropriate way, treating me like one of the workshop employees. Prepotent. He even told me to take my car to the dealer, because he didnt want to fix it. (And I have to say that for my part there was never a bad word or a higher volume in my voice, I was always polite and I provided my arguments in a more civilized way).The day before I went to change the oil and I told them that the car had a problem in an injector (the 3 cylinder), the girl at the front desk told me that that day they could only change the oil but to give me a price for repairing the injector, I had to make an appointment for the technician see it. She gave me an appointment at 10am the next day, when I arrived (at 9:55am), Chris told me that I had to wait 3 to 4 hours for the technician to finish with other vehicles that were before mine and after that time he would look at it. I told him that there must be an error because they gave me an appointment for the technician to see my vehicle at 10 am and he told me that the appointment is only for the technicians time reservation but does not guarantee the time. He compared it to the doctor, where you also have to wait to be attended... I told him that I have never waited 4 hours for them to attend to me, and that when you give a client an appointment at a specific hour you cannot tell him that he will be attend at least 3 or 4 hours later (It doesnt make sense). I decided to wait because I had no way to go anywhere without my car and after waiting 30 minutes the technician was free to see the car... so.When he finished, Chris told me that changing the injector had a price of 350/400 dollars (approximately) and that I had to pay $ 101 for the technician inspection. I very politely explained to him that they never told me that for giving me a price to repair something that I had already told them I had to pay. Actually I never pay in the past for the inspections (what is why i supposed that I wont have to pay, and becouse they never told me, the doesnt have prices at sight, and I think that was something they should have warned me about. Well, believe or not: In a very inappropriate way, he told me that he was canceling that charge (I was ready to pay anyway) and that I could leave the store because he was not going to repair my car.I told him very politely that his approach from the beginning had been very inappropriate and that his way of speaking had been very rude.I am the owner of two bussines, an to my my clients are everything and the deserve all my best a my respect, of course as well as from all my employees.I told him from that day on, I would not take any of my cars to him again, and neither would my family, specifically because of the treatment he gave me.Im sorry to write this review, but I think it is the most fair. I am sure that the owners of the company would not like to be treated like this in any company of which they are clients.

Took my car in for an oil leak. Had to replace the engine because the oil plug threads were stripped by Jiffy lube. Best one did great work. Car runs and steers great (had problem with power steering). Even fixed a bad gasket causing a coolant leak. Highly recommend them. Truly are the Best One of Indy.These fine people are phenomenal. Always seem to go above and beyond. Still is the Best One of Indy!

Im a die hard discount tire customer. Recently I have been shopping for new tires and was seeing $1000+ for a new set. Came by here and was quoted 780 for a highly rated set of good years. Hopefully their warranty and service is as strong as discount tire but Im super pleased with what I spent and what I received.

Traveling into Indy from out of town, I had a flat tire on I-69. Knowing the quality and service I receive at my hometown BestOne - I drove past other tire centers in the area to get here. Best One was able to schedule my AC service within one day and have it completed the next. The office people were courteous and answered my questions. I was called as soon as the job was completed. I compared the price to the Honda dealer and the Best One price was much cheaper.Two weeks ago, a Best One mechanic checked my tires at no charge before I took a road trip.I used Indy Tire on 62nd street for many years before moving to Fishers. I am happy with Best One on Allisonville Road as well.

I recently needed to replace two tires and called several places to see what the cost would be. Best One of Indy was approximately $100.00 per tire less than anyone else; however, what mattered most to me was their customer service. I was driving by the Avon, Indiana location and called them. Chris and Chad gave me a price and told me they could have the tires the following day. Later that day I discovered there was a location in Fishers, IN which is closer to my home. I called Chris and Chad to see if they were on commission before I went to the Fishers location. They were emphatic that it did not matter and they all worked as a team. Im sure they are on commission or definitely have location goals but they let me know that customer service is a priority with this company. They even called Eric, the Fishers manager so he was waiting for my call. I ordered the tires late in the afternoon and they were at the store by 10am the following morning. I had an appointment with them and they were on time, professional and 30 minutes later I had New tires and was on my way. Eric even recalled our phone conversation and the reason why I was getting new tires. I highly recommend Best One of Indy.
