Call them any time for service. They have an emergency service for after hours. They have shown up right on time for us. They did great work and were very knowledgeable.

Had an emergency at a commercial location. They called back quickly (5 minutes) and were on site in just over 10 minutes. Highly recommended! Will definitely use them again! They simply got the job done as quickly as possible. ***** 5 Stars *****

I would not give any stars, but I had to for this review to be submitted. I will agree with the minus 20 stars...and would highly recommend AVOIDING using this company at ALL COSTS.My first experience with this company was to replace a small pipe and replace the base off my water heater (just a metal shelf basically) in my garage so that it was high enough of the floor...the guy did not know what he was doing and took several hours to do it, which ended up totalling over 300 bucks. The end result was not bad, but I thought it was a little pricey.Next, I called them because I was having water leaking from somewhere upstairs onto my kitchen ceiling. The guy came, and basically replaced the seals on my 2 toilets upstairs, charged me about 200 bucks and now I have one toilet that has not worked right since, and the other which is wobbly now.Well, the leaking continued, so I paid for a repair that was not even necessary, and toilets that are worse off now. On top of that, the guy came back because I told Yates and Young the leaking was getting worse. He came and cut 5 holes in my kitchen ceiling, couldnt find the source at all, then charged me another couple hundred bucks. I called and complained about the bill, because basically I was asking to fork out hundreds of dollars to this company to basically not actually fix anything, and now I was going to have to pay more money to fix the holes in my ceiling. I got a rude letter in the mail basically telling me tough luck, and its part of being a home owner.Obviously I loathe this company, so I did not want to call them when my furnace they previously installed stopped working. I called another company, who wouldnt work on it since it was under warranty with Yates and Young, so I was forced to call them again. So the guy came, and quickly fixed it between the time I came home from work, to before my husband had to leave for work (so I know it was less than an hour). I got a bill charging me for 1.5 hours of labor for a quick replacement of the computer board.Lastly, as it started to get hot this year, I went to turn on the air conditioner, and it wouldnt work. I called another heating and cooling company (Jacks Heating and Cooling--who did a great job), and they fixed it in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the reason it was broken was because Yates and Young had wired the comupter board wrong when they replaced it in the winter, which caused it to short out my AC every time we tried to turn it on. I called Yates and Young to discuss this about 2 months ago, and I just got a phone call today from them saying she talked with her boss and they will not compensate me at all for what I have to pay for the repair they caused me to have to get done by Jacks.So...moral of the story is DO NOT EVEN THINK OF CALLING THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR TERRIBLE WORK.

If you dont have a service contract. Dont call them they will leave you hanging. Left me hang for 3 hours on Dec 24 with teen Temps and no heat. Not recommended!!!

3 a.m, polar vortex is in ohio, my furnace goes out, I call before 3 a.m and.the guy says to close to 7 for him to come out, he will let them worry about it when they open he told me, what a good guy! Good 24 hour service. Highly not recommended.

We had Yates & Young replace our 30+ HVAC system this summer and were very happy with the gentlemen involved in the installation of the Lennox system. They explained the process and what needed to be done. They were completed in less than two days and the job site was very clean when they left. I have had them do other work for me in the past and I have always been pleased. Highly recommend them.

We had issues with our air conditioner this summer and Yates and Young came out right away and fixed the issue. Their price was reasonable as well. All in all a great experience.

We have had them on two different occasions fix a problem and both times we were very satisfied. The technician was friendly and courteous, and he got the job done right in a timely manner. Also, the rates were very reasonable. We have recommended them to others we know.

I was actually renting an apartment above the work place. First there was a bed bug problem we had to deal with on our own which wasnt our fault. Then the garbage disposal didnt work and they never bothered to fix it. I was looking to buy a house while living there and wanted to have them look at a places plumbing. They wouldnt do free estimates which was fine i was willing to pay them to look at it. But later after i found out the house had extensive damages and i wouldnt be getting it they called my realtor and flipped out on her because they werent going to make and damn money now. Now that i dont live there they never gave back the deposit. Best to avoid them in every way.
