I had my daughter’s letterman jacket cleaned here. The jacket’s leather sleeves came back “ruined”. When I contacted them about this issue, they had the sleeves replaced. Through the process, I was continually treated with kindness. I will recommend them to anyone and continue using this company. This is how business is to be done!!

Went to Gladine Cleaners to have my wool dress coat cleaned. I have had this coat for 20+ years. I am very happy with the results. It looks almost new again. The staff is very friendly and my coat was ready for pick up on the date they said it would be done. I will definitely use Gladine Cleaners in the future.

Donated my favorite $300 coat, I forgot to pick it up and it hadn’t been a year, they said they called multiple times but who’s to say if that’s true and they never left a message. Will never use them again! City Dry Cleaner is the best in town, I’m surprised this place is still in business.

I decided I was going to press my own wedding dress two weeks before the wedding, bad idea. I called Gladine and they said there was still plenty of time so I decided to have them press my dress. I dropped my dress off right away and they had it ready in a couple days and it looked amazing! I am so glad u decided to have gladine press it for me! I was highly satisfied and it didnt break the bank either!

I had a mishap happen with my wedding dress ten days before my wedding. I took it in to gladines and the woman working the counter assured me that my dress would be perfect for my day. I appreciated the confidence she had in their dry cleaning. I would recommend anyone to them!

Ive been meaning to write this review for awhile; Im really bad about leaving feedback. Ive always struggled with dry cleaners everywhere I have lived. Either the cost is a bit high or the work is less than ideal. I happened upon this place as it sits near my apartment complex. Ive never been happier with a dry cleaning service than with this group. My clothes always come back looking like new. One time I dropped off a pair of dress pants that were tearing at the seams near the pocket. They cleaned it wonderfully as usual, but I didnt find out until a month later when I finally needed to use them that they sewed the tear up for me! Theyre always friendly and willing to work with you. I will always take my dry cleaning here as long as I stay in the area.

Super friendly staff that you can trust to do a great job with your clothes. Honestly the best dry cleaner that I have found in Findlay. I would totally reccomend them if you are in need of a new dry cleaners.
