Traveling and staying in Findlay I was recomended this place by a few people. This was a nice facility other than as I was leaving, I noticed a small crack in the bench I had been sitting at while watching my clothes dry and in said crack I saw small bugs crawling in and out of it. I looked them up and they appear to be bed bugs.

They used to be the only place in town open 24 hours. As a night person it was very convenient. Now its just a old broke place. Half of the dryers dont work. Nice staff though.

This review is on an employee Kim. 5 stars on this new employee. She keeps everything nice and has great customer service. Jack lucked out this time. She even helped a handicapped man fold his laundry out of kindness and put it in his car.

By THE NICEST laundromat I have ever experienced! Beautifully maintained, TONS of dryers, very reasonably priced free WiFi... and drop off laundry services!?! Friendly staff that makes your experience comfortable, and the cleanliness of this establishment exceeds any laundromat I have ever used. I will be here weekly! Highly, highly, highly recommend this business!! Bravo!

Staff fairly nice. Used to have Wi-Fi, now they dont. Interior severely broke down. Dryers work so-so. Prices on washers reasonable.

The attendant in there apparently has quote issues. My friend and I couldnt get two words in to speak to each other without her dumping her life story on us. It was so creepy how she kept talking the woe is me. Normally Im more compassionate but we were there to do laundry not psychotherapy or offer counseling services.

This place is a hot mess.. Do, not go there.Its nasty and gross.

The last time I was there I did not see any fire extinguishers, no fire exit signs, and no sprinklers. I may have totally overlooked these things.

I already posted but my comment was taken down. I do not go before3pm anymore the older lady is rude to the customers she has a nasty mouth. All I hear is how she talks about everyone who works there shes loud. ( Has no class for a older lady ) I also saw the bugs inside the bench so I didnt go in for a while found out bench was removed which is great. I still refuse to go before 3pm just so I dont have to hear about everyones business and personal life of all the employees, and I just dont want to deal with that rude older lady. I wouldnt want her dealing with my customers if I owned any business except the city dump the way she treats customers and talks about people

Place is absolutely disgusting! Water dripping from the ceiling and ceiling panels are missing. Half or more of the washers and dryers are broken.

Good place to do your laundry

Quick, ladies do a nice job. If you do the drop off, appreciate what they do and tip. Not because you have to, because you appreciate what they do.

Old laundromat with plenty of room for the kids to run. Machines work great. Standard pricing for wash. Attendant on duty for change and supplies.

It was a decent price for wash and dry, thats why it gets two. It is filthy. Not just dirty but 20 years of stains. Im sorry for anyone who has to go there. Atendent was nice, but shady clientele. Couldnt wait to leave.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS. I only rated this 5 stars so it would actually show on the reviews. I had seen the pictures and read reviews of bedbugs, so I called to ask if they had gotten it taken care of. Obviously I don’t want to get any bedbugs. So I called to ask, the woman HUNG UP ON ME! I proceeded to try and call and she kept answering and hanging up. Very unprofessional.

I was in and out despite the fact that many dryers were out of order, lady working was helpful and pleasant even though she was busy, I appreciated the music via her Bluetooth and they offer coffee, microwave, magazines, kids area. So good experience over all.

Ceiling has giant holes where water leaks constantly. Place is in rough shape. Half the dryers are broke and close to the same number of washers are broke. Almost like the owners dont care

I usually do my laundry late at night when Sue is working but I decided to do it tonight 6/12/17 and the lady working was very unprofessional. I had been usimg a dryer and it stopped but my clothes werent dry yet so I put more money in the dryer but it wouldnt run. I told the attendant several times bit she never gave me my money back, she sat there on her phone and then she went to her car to smoke a cigarette. I wont be going on the nights that she works anymore. I will make sure Sue is working, she is always attentive and socialible.

If you want cheap then go here. If you want a clean enviroment with working equipment, then please fo somewhere else. Ceiling and floors need replaced, and dryers need updated.

Shabby place, caught employee outside in her car smoking marijuana on the clock. Unprofessional. Most of their machines are broken anyways, and when something goes wrong mid-cycle, they dont give you your money back. Never see anyone cleaning- just sitting and staring at their phones.
