Im concerned about the privacy at this location. We came in and instead of explaining to us what they were doing as they were doing it, they just came asking for information and ID. I had to ask the gentleman helping us what was the purpose of this, though he was nice, he seemed more uninterested in providing information for the phones, and in fact, gave us incorrect information on the phones we were looking at. He kept trying to push another phone on us and brushed passed the phone we were really interested in that they didnt have in stock. There was even a push towards a phone they didnt have out, but in the back. I was beyond worried about the information they pulled up and left on the counter at the front of the store where anyone could look at it or just take. At some point, our conversation became a discussion in the store with other customers in the middle of this discussion. Certain information was meant to be quiet and another associate broadcasted it. I became concerned and wanted to leave. They tried to justify a few more things and we finally decided to leave. Im concerned that our information was still on the tablet just hanging out in the wind. Unfortunately, the last few visits of people I know havent been the best either. All the best to the business, but it wont be a place I go to again.

Maverick at The Verizon store in Findlay Ohio has the absolute worst attitude ever. We went into the store to buy a hot spot and he first told us it would.not be good because we would not get enough data. Then he was just rude. When I asked any questions he had very short, Curt answers. I asked for a copy of a paper that I had signed and he told me I could not have a copy. Wait, I can’t have something I signed? Nope. It will be in the file in the back. Seriously? That’s exactly what he said and he refused to give me a copy. He asked very rudely if we were paying for the hot spot or financing it. Well, he didn’t even give me the price until I asked how much. He never told me how much the monthly charge was or the connection fee until he had me sign the paperwork & I read it myself. If I had not been a prior customer, his attitude would have sent me walking. From the time we walked in until we walked out I felt like I was trash & didn’t deserve to be a customer.
Drake helped me today from about 10am-2:30 pm and was great the whole time! Multi tasked like a beast!!! Super happy I went into the store today 😎💕

I went to the store knowing exactly what I wanted so the associate only had to help me set up the phone and pay. Salesman tried to sell me additional accessories and I told him I did not need anything extra, including insurance. The associate assured me he was only charging me for the phone and the tax.I would also get a $40 activation fee on my first bill. After I pay, I receive a receipt sent to my email. Turns out, he signed me up for insurance for an additional $14 a month and voicemail to text at $3 extra a month. These were not communicated to me, and I feel the associate was trying to take advantage of me. The associate, to my knowledge, the manager, was named Thomas.

I have always dreaded cell phone issues. I’m 64 and get frustrated easily. This was by far THE BEST experience thanks to Joshua. Josh understood exactly what I needed and anticipated needs before I even thought of them. For example, he asked if I wanted the font and buttons bigger. Yes! I would not have thought to ask for that. That’s just one of several examples. He was kind and patient and fun! If you are older, I recommend you ask for josh!

I stopped by the Verizon store today. I had a 5 minute wait!!!!!!! I was thrilled. Britany came over to me and was polite and very helpful! She answered all my questions and showed me how to do a few things on my phone. She is an android user and I have an iPhone. She still new more than I did and was a fantastic help.
This was actually my first time in this store and I actually had the best but most unusual experience ever! Maverick and Brittany were dealing with a very unruly/difficult customer when I entered the store. I applaud how they handled the situation! As far as my personal experience, I love when employees are down to earth and fun, yet professional. Both Brittany and Maverick were just that! My experience is going pretty bad they havent activated my number properly or put me in any plan just charged me gave no receipt and its been 2 weeks I havent able to buy an insurance plan for my phone and for that Im calling the store but no one bothers to answer the calls. But a guy name Josh helped me with the phone hes really too good with service thanks Josh. Waiting for insurance plan help from Verizon, thanks.

I was there two yeas ago and was treated awesome by the person that helped me...later I go to the location in lima because it was time to upgrade.. and walked out with a paper and number no help no upgrade, but I remembered how good I was treated in Findlay. So I drove all the way there.. I walked in and everyone was friendly, just like always. Maverick was the person helping me this time. He was extremely helpful, not pushy for a sale, and he was very patient with me. Storm was great to work with-professional, friendly and easy to talk to. We were in last night upgrading our phones that we had for 5 years. He spent a lot of time with us, sharing about different products and accessories, explained the promotions, trade in fees, one time access charges that we could expect, transferred our data from our old phones, and most importantly was patient with my wife and answered all her questions, not treating any of them as unimportant. While he didnt pressure us into buying anything, we left with new phones, cases, screen protectors and my favorite-a wireless charger.

Went in to get some answers since the Verizon store on 224 was closed and couldn’t get through to them on the phone. When I walk in I noticed that the one sales person did not have his mask on over his nose. The person that helped me was not very helpful and she said she did not like Apple products, which I have. She said I couldn’t get a discount because of the plan I have, was looking to get a new phone. I thought she was rude. I asked about a phone case and she said they didn’t have any to fit my phone. So I left went over to Wal-Mart to talk to them they offered me discounts on the I-Phone 11 and they had cases that would fit my I-phone 6. I didn’t get a phone yet cause I am waiting until I can talk to a Verizon Person.
I went into Verizon a couple weeks ago needing a new phone but not knowing which one to get. I talked to Brittany and she helped me figure out what type of phone I needed. Thank you Brittany!! I love the phone.
Meh. Out of sim cards, so sent me to the official verizon store across town. Twice this has happened.
My wife and I always use this store and have been completely satisfied with the service we receive. Bought new phones for the first time in a few years and the staff (shout out to Michael) made it smooth as butter. All data got switched over to the new phones and we couldn’t be happier. If you haven’t been there I would highly recommend you give them a try. You won’t regret it.

Ran into problems online switching from AT&T to Verizon. I spent hours on hold with Verizon trying to get the problem fixed. With no satisfaction from Verizon, I walked into GoWireless. Maverick helped us first and was very helpful but also ran into a roadblock with Verizon over the phone (call was disconnected after 2 hours). The next day I tried again and this time worked with Michael (the manager). Michael took our information and then worked with Verizon to get the issue fixed and then contacted me once the issue was resolved.
Colin was a great help as well as very patient with me while I decided to buy a new phone. He set it up and helped me learn how to operate it.

Unprofessional, pushy, rude, and undereducated. “Maverick” was the name of the employee who “helped” me and if it wasn’t for this being the only store open, I would have taken my business elsewhere. He cussed multiple times while trying to push every item in the store on me. After telling him I wasn’t interested he told me to pay the tax on my phone and leave. I’ve had better customer service buying a $1 burrito at Taco Bell, let alone spending $1000 on a phone to be insulted for not wanting a case. Don’t waste your money here.

I went to a Verizon Service because my phone didn’t have the service. The manager told me to wait a min, but I wait for around 40 mins and no other employee helped me. When the manager came back, he just checked my phone for 1 min and said just update your phone and it would be fixed! But I told him it still doesnt work!! So I waited for two hrs and my phone still doesnt have Verizon service. I updated my phone now and I still don’t have service. This is not a proper way to serve your customers, especially with international students. I am really disappointed and I will find another service provider ASAP.

Wouldnt go to any other store
I had been traveling in Canada all month and completely forgot about paying my bill. During my drive from Toronto to Nashville my service was suspended. Fortuitously I was passing through Findlay, OH at the time. I stopped at the Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. The moment I walked in the door Eric greeted me and asked how he could help. I have voice issues and so he had me write my account details. He quickly completed my payment transaction and shredded my information. I told him I appreciated his consideration and conscientiousness towards protecting my information. As he knew I was traveling he ensured my service was reestablished before I left the store. There was a delay and he called Verizon customer service to help expedite the reestablishment of service. In my opinion, Eric displayed to me the epitome of customer service. His colleagues were friendly and the other customers being helped seemed happy with their dealings. All in all, a most favourable experience. Thank you, Eric!
Stop by on Saturday morning to ask questions and work a problem receiving text messages, but this man that greeted me had very little knowledge of looking for the problem, and more interested in the only other customer in the store, he loaded a website on my phone and said they would answer my questions, he couldnt do anything else for me. He said goodbye and have a good day. Then I went to the store on tiffin Ave. And there very knowledgeable man had answered my question and fixed problem in approximately 15 min., I guess more than one customer at a time is to overwhelming for three employees to handle. Im so happy there is more than one store in this town, or I would have changed carriers right then and there.
I wouldnt go anywhere else to help me! This store is wonderful including Terence. Terence is one of my favorites from this store. Hes very helpful! He looks to help you the best way he can. Plus, Hes very quick at what he does. Great personality and very dependable! Terence always gets the job done. I would highly recommend him for service!
I have been to this store numerous times. All of the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. They take time to explain the equipment and devices that they are selling. If you are thinking of getting a new phone, this is where you need to go.

Cody was that person! Originally planned on going in for a simple upgrade plan for an iPhone 6. Cody took a few moments to find a better deal for the new iPhone 7 and advised my plan to a more appropriate data usage. Great experience and great service! Thanks Cody!
Ive been to other Verizon stores in Findlay. Never again! Nick was funny, informative, and easily the best Verizon employee Ive ever dealt with. The rest of the employees were very helpful as well. You could tell that they all get along together very well, almost like a family. From here on out, Ill only be dealing with Nick and his store. Thanks for setting up my new phone, I love it.
I was there last Saturday, Sam helped me get the new phone I was looking for and actually saved me $ on my monthly bill. He even showed me how I could get a new tablet for free and helped me set up my new devices! This store has a bit more of a personal touch than the other Verizon I visited in Findlay. Ill definitely be back.

When it comes to Nicholas, This store has a diamond in the rough. His service is always second to none and his great sense of humor makes him a pleasure to deal with every time. Ive got my last three phones from him and a tablet. Everyone that works in the store is also always very friendly and helpful. I tell all of my friends and family to come see Nicholas if they ever need anything with Verizon.

Says open til 6pm...yes i understand its christmas eve but tech support sent my daughter to get a new sims card here...and they were standing in there and saying they were closed at 5:30. Finally came to the door and told her, their boss texted them and told them to close and couldnt help here. Not a very merry christmas for her.😡
Great service and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Kyle Major went above and beyond to make sure that I received the phone and plan that fit my budget. I ended getting an upgraded phone and plan cheaper than what I was paying with another carrier. I couldnt recommend this store enough!
