This gym is really great, staff is super nice. I quit recently because of covid and the change of hours. If you guys ever go back to 24/7 I might come back. I work second shift and my best workout time would be after I get off work so right now I can’t go everyday and it’s not worth it to me.

The atmosphere makes me feel alive and like I want to work out even if I walk in tired and dragging. The staff are very friendly and professional and always helpful. The Black Card is worth the money. I just love the hydro massage bed, massage chair, body enhancement booth and the tanning beds. The whole package is a great benefit to me and comfortable. Thank you!

Had to cancel because of health issues and THEY WERE JUST AS FANTASTIC ☺️ HELPING me facilitate that, as when I joined. (The horrors listed on the net) just were NOT my experience, at all. Super CLEAN and staff very HELPFUL!

The new rules were clearly stated, the facility seemed to be very clean & sanitized, and I came at an hour with lower attendance, which helped me to feel a bit more comfortable on my first visit back since the pandemic began. Thank you for requesting my opinion. I appreciate it.

Love the equipment and setup but there aren’t many other benefits other than the tanning bed and the water bed (which are only available to black card members, an upgrade)

I joined it prior to COVID 19 last year. At that time, it was 24 hr services. When COVID started in March 2020, it was closed. I requested to cancel my membership (who knows when COVID is over???) but I was refused, otherwise I will have to pay the penalty. Months later when it reopened, it was never 24 hr any more. I have never been able to use it even once after COVID because of my long work hours. I need to use gym after midnight. I asked to cancel my membership, I was told I can only cancel it after 12 months contract is over. Today I call them, and they told me: Yes, I can cancel my membership, but I have to pay $41.63 ???COVID affected everyone, customers and businesses alike. To be fair, Planet Fitness should provide refund unconditionally to every customer upon request because it no longer the services and hours as entered in the agreement. Legally its breach of contract.Vince

Planet fitness is a great place to go workout. Whether youre a Beginner or advanced athlete, you will find what you need here. Very laid back, the staff is always there and its clean. Definitely recommend planet fitness to help reach your goals

Nice gym, clean, great equipment. Good selection of hand weights (dumbbells). Friendly staff too. The locker rooms are adequate and clean. The showers and bathroom facilities have always been clean when I used them. Great place to get your sweat on.

The staff is pretty rude, anytime you try to go tanning they will tell you you have to wait a half an hour even if all of the rooms are open because they’re too lazy to clean the tanning beds!

Employees are very kind and helpful. Always greet you when you come in or leave. Place is also very clean which I appreciate!

Ive had the worst experience trying to cancel my membership while being overseas and then moving out of state. I get conflicting stories from everyone I talk to as to how to cancel and now 12 months later Ive lost over $250 for a membership I dont even need.

The entire team of customer service reps there are super proactive in servicing members and always ready to help. This starts from the Manager on down. Theyre very friendly, positive and ready to help all clients.

Updated.Great staff and tons of room for activities.Everything you would need in a gym, for a really great price!However, very disappointed in their cancellation policy. We canceled at the beginning of the year and were still charged the annual fee, for a membership we would no longer be using.

The facility is very clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, even the people who go to planet fitness keep to themselves. It is overall a good experience every time I go there. The only thing that would make it better would be if they had a child care area.

I loved this gym until it got warmer out and more people started going. There is only one leg press machine and not enough Smith machines, when I go after 5 from work I can never use the machines I need. Also the stretching area is too small when a class is going on there is no room to do abs.

I read some reviews before I started going here and most of them were good the only bad reviews were saying that the staff wasnt helpful. I have found from my experience that this is not true, the staff is always been extremely helpful and accommodating. They are always at the desk willing to help anybody that comes in for a new membership, and they are very helpful with current members as well and are always willing to explain anything that you need and help you sign up for classes if you want and show you how to use a machine if you need them to. They always welcome you when you come in and tell you to have a great day when you leave. The staff is great here. And the gym itself is wonderful to there is a wide range of the equipment and even when they are really busy there is so much equipment that you dont ever have to wait for a machine to use.

Has everything I need for the most part.. would love a squat rack that wasn’t a smith machine though. My biggest complaint... WAY TOO BUSY. It should almost start limiting memberships because I’m tired of having to go either super early in the morning or super late at night because that’s when I feel the least motivated to get to the gym but it’s the only time I can actually use the equipment I want to

Im able to get in, get my workout done.... such a bonus to be able to utilize tanning beds, massage beds, chairs. Etc!I like that theyve added some new equipment too

I love the BIG FAN. I really sweat when i am on the treadmill and elliptical and that BIG FAN feels great. Being open late is also a real plusfor me; sometimes my motivation to be fit doesnt occur until 10 PM

Low price, 24/7 gym with a majority of the popular machines. No free standing squat rack (they use Smith machines). Plenty of weights available but space gets crowded at peak times/seasons. They offer classes and the PF Black experience which includes massage chairs/table, tanning, and other guest perks. Worth signing up, especially if youre starting out with the gym experience.

Great place to work out. They offer cheap memberships and are very polite and helpful.The only con I can think of is the occasional person that doesnt wipe down the machines. Other than that its a clean and comfortable enviroment thats relatively quiet.

After going to Planet Fitness for seven-days a week for over three years, I am giving them TEN stars. They are not only a well-maintained and well-equipped gym, but it goes way beyond this. The staff is extremely friendly and personable; they are like a family that discuss personal achievements/goals in their lives. I know the staff members names and am always given a friendly How are you today?. One day I mentioned that I was a little down today; as I was leaving after my workout, I was given a card signed by five staff member stating things will get better. The staff members have great social skills. The environment is one in which everyone is trying to better their lives with their own individual workouts. With such an environment, there is no age-discrimination, sexism, racism or any of the other -isms. Everyone is respected as a totally equal person.

Staff is very friendly. The equipment is well maintained and seems to be clean. The membership is $10 a month. You really cant get a better price for a fitness center membership unless youre getting one for free. The ONLY thing I would add to this place is a childrens play area. Maybe turn the stretching room in to a kids area. There are times I wish I could take my 6 year old with me like I have with other gyms. Other than that I would recommend this place to any casual health conscious person.

I’m a long-time member of another national gym but signed up here to access harder to find equipment (e.g., specialized machines for rehabbing injured muscles). Clean and plenty of room. Four stars because they don’t have SCALES. Dear corporate: get some scales.

Just started working out after a long hiatus. The Findlay Planet Fitness is clean and not crowded. The staff are attentive.

Friendly staff. Lots of machines. But they need aerobic classes and cardio classes. That would make the gym a lot better and more fun to go to

Great place for anyone to workout.

Nice gym. Great staff. To small for the crowd. Need to open another one on other side of town. I quit going because of that. They need more smith machines, leg press or hack squat and power racks and more dumbbells. Also, to many debutantes and crossfitters taking up space. Please go to a CrossFit gym. Nobody cares about your matching outfits and ridiculously loud conversations that you think everyone else wants to hear.

My wife and I got memberships. With the black card membership you can enjoy all the benefits of the massage chair and hydrochair. Ok, I confess, I got the membership for that reason above exercise machines.

Location is not Disabled Person or Physically ChalIenged friendly. I have a documented disability and have taken the precaution to be cleared by my physician to work out. I had a mild seizure, something I live with daily and very unpredictable. They are not common but do occur from time to time, something I have no control over. The Findlay Planet Fitness location has banned me from the facility. No other Planet Fitness prevents me from working out or using their facilities. I am no danger to myself or others as noted in the physicians clearance. Planet Fitness Findlay is not friendly toward individuals with disability.

Cleanly, great workers, always greeted with a smile. This is a great place to work out, it is more crowded in the spring. I usually go between 2200-0300 and its empty with a few regulars.

Gym is always clean and organized, but the staff is never at the nesk and always on their phones. More than one time off duty staff have been behind counter and would answer phones but not help members.

I transferred to the Findlay Planet Fitness not too long ago and I enjoy the new location just as much as the old one. The gym is clean and the members are considerate of other peoples space and the employees are friendly.

I like it its a good place but I think they need to put some mirror in the tan both and the high bed

Staff is friendly. Facility is pretty awesome. Always today and kept clean. Only issues I have are regarding to their automated phone systems constant harrassment. However thats a corporate thing and not prone to this location specifically.

Make sure you are gonna commit to an annual contract and dont get injured. No refunds and you cant transfer to someone else - disappointing!
