I have used their service for like 6 years and am happy that they provide recycling and even take things that Litter Landing does/did not. Not sure what has happened but they no longer take my barrel back to the house and we live on a state route where it could blow into the road and cause an accident. I have also left messages telling them not to come pick bc of that reason or that I really don’t have enough to even pick up and those messages must not get relayed to the driver bc they still drove by (I happened to be home).

I miss this business. The owner was so friendly. Rumpke was rude on my first phone call.

The drivers are rude and inconsiderate (truck 7929 on 9-21-2020) Sit in the center of a parking lot and refuse to move to let someone park. Even after asked,, then laugh aboutit while I struggle to park my semi. Wouldnt use this service if it was the only garbage removal in town.

Letter says they sold us to another company. Curious what gives this place the right to sell us to another company without our agreement...especially without telling us the terms of the company we are being moved to. Wont recommend this company in the future...

These guys are great. They are very friendly on the phone. Always on time.

I never knew low prices and great customer service went hand-in-hand. I give it to you guys to invent a better mousetrap. All the guys are top notch. I never have to chase my trash can down the street on windy days or have to bring it in during snow or rain events. Keep up the great work!!Id rather get my exercise in some other manner anyway :-)). Contacted AE for new service via email. They claim to have such wonderful customer service that you would never consider going elsewhere! Two weeks later, I never got a response. So, I signed up on their website for service. Was contacted saying they could not provide service to us. So apparently they have enough business and are not concerned with getting any new customers. So dont waste your time here.

These guys are a class act. Not only are they a third the price of Waste Management but their service is impeccable. Every time they bring your can back up to the house and its truly the little things that set them apart. Highly recommend.

AE Curbside is an wonderful company! Their service is great and affordable but more than anything they have outstanding customer service! The man that answers the phone is the most helpful, enthusiastic and positive customer service individual I have ever encountered. He makes calling each time I pay my bill an enjoyable experience. I just had to end my service because we are moving, but thats the only reason why. This is an excellent service. I hate that it took me so long to find them after trying every other Findlay option and being severely disappointed. We really appreciated that they always brought our cans back up. Recommend!

Excellent does not fully describe this company. I have been thoroughly impressed with them. They place my garbage cans in front of my garage after emptying them (conveniently right next to the door to not block my vehicle from entering). I am quite attentive to detail and really appreciate the quality work and professionalism displayed from AE Curbside. Moreover, they sent us a Christmas card. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to one of the most excellent companies I have encountered recently.

LOVE AE!! They always bring my trash container back up to the house after pick-up..( which is especially nice & thoughtful in the winter) I usually always get an answer when I call, but if not very quick response times.. And one time, (my fault) I left something out by the trash can and they took it assuming it was trash, I called them and they apologized and brought it back even though they were not at fault.. They go above and beyond and its appreciated!! Will always recommend these guys!

Had a horrible experience with this trash service! Which is disheartening since I chose them because they had good reviews. I used them for approximately over a year. Their communication was awful! We called to set up auto pay nearly 10 times and were told okay, okay. Then billed us late fees and ended up taking our trash bins.

I never thought I’d feel so passionately about a garbage company but these guys/gals are on top of customer service. Started new service they brought the toters same day, missed my pickup bc I can’t handle simple tasks, they turned around and picked it up. They answer their phones and are super nice. Great team! Keep up the fantastic work!

Ive never heard of anyone saying how much they enjoy their trash pickup, but AE Curbside really does do an outstanding job. Additionally, they lowered their rates as of Q4 2013 - not just for holidays. Theyre the only company I can think of that actually lowered their long-term pricing... no contract, no introductory pricing, no BS

I have only just signed up for their trash and recycling service, but Ive already great experiences with this company. I started off by emailing them with question before I signed up and Brandon was always very polite, clear, and timely in his responses. I asked quite a few questions and he was always willing to answer my questionsAfter I had signed up for their services I was waiting for them to deliver the bins. It was the day before pick up so I emailed them asking the status of the bins. Brandon checked into the status and said Worst case scenario I will bring them out on my way home for you. That says a lot about him and the company that he is willing to make a specific trip for a customer just so they can put out their trash the next day.It is because of reviews like this that I looked into AE Curbside in the first place so I wanted to make sure I added my great experience with them as well. I definitely recommend them to everyone and I believe my friend is already switching to them because of what I told her.
