I bought my wedding dress off the rack and then lost 25lbs. It was a fitted dress with so much lace, so naturally I was nervous for alterations. Karlene seriously went above and beyond for me!! Not only did my dress look brand new, but it was so perfectly fitted for me. Karlene played such a huge role in making me feel so beautiful on my big day. 1000% recommend!!

I called to simply inquire about getting 2 pairs of pants altered. I asked if the timeframe I needed them done by was possible. She could have said no, and I would have called around other places. Instead she said yes, but didnt mention she would tack on an expedited charge. She did remove it, when I asked about the charge, so that was nice. However, the price of the alterations were high ($67 for two pairs of pants). I did give options when I dropped off the items, saying I would like whatever is the most cost effective...adding belt loops, taking in the waist or adding elastic on the insides like kid pants. She did not talk about those other options with me and only suggested taking them in. I dont know if maybe that was the most cost effective, but it was over $30 just do take in the waist. I felt like she did not listen to me, when I mentioned I could go with ANY option...just whichever would be the cheapest. I also think in the future, she should give quotes UPFRONT, to give customers a chance to say no thanks.

I needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed for an upcoming wedding I was in. Unfortunately the wedding was short notice so I was asking around if anyone had any appointments to help fix my dress. As soon as I walked in the door, I was immediately confronted with rudeness. I was not greeted by any means, just asked I was asked Who are you?. I explained the circumstance I was in and was interrupted saying they could not do it since they were busy. Meanwhile, three of the four employees I did see when I walked in were doing nothing. I understand that they may have been busy since it is short notice but there is no reason to treat customers they way they did. Based on the reviews I am sure the quality of their work is great but their customer service is extremely poor.

I had my wedding dress altered here, along with all of the bridesmaid dresses. It was a great experience. 10/10 recommend.

They take a looong time to fix something that should be easy for them to do in less than an hour. Iv had a coat that needs a new zipper and its been there more than 3 weeks and still waiting.
