Joe did an amazing job on our older carpet. It had been a few years since we had our carpet cleaned. Having kids, there were some minor stains from food and drinks that were spilled. He was also able to get out some pet stains from our dogs. The stairs really needed some attention….and he made them look amazing! Joe also did our living room rugs and you can tell a difference in the picture below that was taken while he was still working on the rug. Everything was reasonably priced and communicated beforehand. While he was running a few minutes late, he called and communicated that which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be using his services again! Thank you so much!

Buying a house is both exciting and stressful. Looking at a home that is lived in vs looking at a home that is empty makes it hard to see any stains that may be in the carpet. If you have little ones then you know they can be quite the cute little mess makers, and I didn’t notice all the stains in the carpet until after I got the keys to move into the house, and it was completely empty. I got my keys on a Monday, called Joe with steam doctors on a Tuesday and explained the situation to him, and that I just got the keys but wouldn’t be moving any furniture into my home until That Friday. Joe was very professional, and was able to fit me in Wednesday before I start moving into home. Joe took approximately 3-3 &1/2 hours to clean five rooms, and really hit the high traffic areas hard! He was also able to get nail polish, candy, paint, play dough, and bright orange candle wax out the carpet. When I did a walk through with Joe, we both agreed that the bright orange candle wax more than likely wouldn’t be able to be removed, I told him I was ok with that since I would be using the room as a craft room anyway and planned to cover it with my tool cart, but you can’t even tell there was orange wax even there, and these carpets are a like cream-tan color for reference.. so he really had to use some elbow grease. There was even a hole where the wax was and he managed to disguise that hole pretty well too. My quote was a lower than what I actually had to pay but you also get what you pay for, and because he was able to clean my carpets on such short notice, I can now focus my time and energy on moving into my new home.

The gentleman came out for same day service after a child spilt orange drink on my white hand knotted Persian rug. The rug came out looking like new! He was also able to get out another drink spill that happened months ago. It may feel pricey to pay for a service like this, but these guys are professional and do a much better job than any DIY steam vac could do.
