Please do not go with this company.Do not use them for road side assistance.The mechanic/ technician will charge you for 3hrs of work behind a work that is suppose to take 30min. They have no respect for the truck drivers.A work that was suppose to cost $200 ended up costing me $550.Unless you want to get ripped of by this company please look for someone else.

Mechanics here have an attitude problem and will not do anything extra to try and fix your truck. Called them for a starter issue and battery replacement. I even ordered the started and it was being delivered. The mechanic told me he could only replace batteries and try and jump the truck for which they charged me 830$. I called JW Repairs llc and the guy showed up quickly and replaced the starter checked to make sure all my wiring was good and that i wasnt having a wiring issue (the extra mile here).. check all my fuses even though i only called him for a starter repair. I wouldnt recommend Eds. JW Repairs llc only charged me 600$ and stayed there longer than EdsCheck out the ratings on JW Repairs llc.. their work speaks for them.

Called them late last night for a tow cause I was stuck in a snow drift and I was almost out of gas and then about out of heat and I told them that and they said they would send someone out in the morning like I called cause you guys say 24 7 service but left me to freeze. I did explain my situation and they got an attitude with me like I’m sorry but I’m not the one with the 24 7 service in my name never again will I call this company

Had to have pinon nut tightened, hourly rate quoted was $90 + tax, 5 seconds of work, but the man was decent... Im finding Ohio is not the best place to have work done, everyone is on commission. Try to charge you whatever they think they can.... But thats everywhere.

I feel ripped off. They charge you for phone calls they make to Freightliner because they dont know what to look for. They are understaffed and the mechanic needs to leave on service calls while working on your truck. After I paid the bill I had to get my truck towed again, this time to Freightliner. And they fixed it quick. The tow guy towed it perfectly the first time but the second time he had to remove an axle to be able to tow and now Im having air pressure problems from where he hooked the airline at the tanks. Its BS Mechanics. I paid freightliner to replace it. Its a disappointment and a waste of time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Their response was quick. They care about the safety and are not out to just get your money. Even offered me a ride to the nearby motel.

Prices were great. Picked us up quickly in the middle of the night and dropped us off at a hotel. Picked us up from the hotel the next day when the car was fixed. Thankfully they were there!

Minor truck and trailer repairs

We sent a truck to the Upper Sandusky location and were quoted 3 times verbally that a new EGR valve installed would be $1500.00 so we reluctantly agreed to pay that but after they completed the job they slapped us with a $2300 bill! and changed the parts prices on us. An $1100.00 part (we were quoted) was changed to almost $1600.00 and the labor hours we were charged were double that of normal national averages. (We have our own shop also with these hours in a software program that is nationally accepted) Be VERY careful dealing with these guys and make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing before you allow them to work on ANYTHING! Do not allow them to bend you over like we did. (Goes to show you really cant trust people now a days)

Complete ripoff for tow charge, 2 hr min at $300 hr. It took 20 min to move truck 5 feet off ice and driver said he had them stacked up . Paid $700.00 . BE AWARE!! Eds a Pirate.

Our experience with this company was nothing short of a complete and utter display of dishonesty and fleecing from a service company. We were charged 1755.02 for a alternator bracket,alternator, Tensioner pulley,belts and misc nuts and bolts. And to add to it, (they had the truck for 6 days waiting on these parts)I did some research, after the damage was done, only to find similar complaints with the Better Business Bureau. I will attempt to try and resolve our dispute with the BBB and Credit card companyIn my opinion you should exhaust all other options before using, And if you have to use them be prepared to extend your credit limit.

Had a trailer skip rails, Eds team got my trailer up and running within one hour and charged me much less than the original quote. Thank you so much!

DO NOT DO ANY BUISSNES WITH THIS GUYS.Had a flat tire but still drivable . Made a mistake and not checked the reviews on google.End up with 180$ for replacing the tire, with my spare one. Complete RIP OFF.Charged me 75$ for service call in their shop.
