The service dept. was very friendly and got my problem scheduled quickly. They even helped with another problem right way.
Probably hooked up to a computer, it didnt tell techs anything, they couldnt duplicate the issue. They had me video and show them what it was doing. That wasnt good enough, dont know why they had me do it, it showed the issue but not the reason why. They should have got out diagnostic tools to check for wire break, continuity, ohms, resistance, something to figure out why the LAC sensor comes on and off at a whim. This is the day that no tech can do anything if the computer doesnt show anything. Sad days.
Found a car online called in and got over to Scott. Could not of had a better experience. He was straight forward what he said is what was done price was exactly what he said. Very trustworthy and honest. He even did great with our 4 year old who had to come along. Would definitely be back to buy off Scott again.
I was late for my scheduled appointment. When I arrived 1/2 hour late, they said we will still get you in. I sat in the lounge area ND 20 mins later all done. Perfect!
The service department was great. However, as a single mom having to bring my child with me clearly was not acceptable. Between the dirty looks and the eye rolls I was ready to get out of there and never return. My child is 1 year old and so he was bored waiting. I did my best to occupy him but he did get fussy. Where we were sitting in the waiting room the office staff gave very disgruntled looks. I apologize for having to bring him. The service staff was wonderful and the person who explained to me how my inspection went was very nice and honestly a breath of fresh air compared to the other staff near the waiting room. Personally I will be going to a quick lube station rather than have this experience again.
I was very blessed that the service guys stayed late so I could get my brakes changed before leaving on my vacation in 4 days. I am grateful to the enter staff who were amazing at getting me in, a rental car for an appt. I needed to make while they worked on my truck and Casey in service who went above and beyond to make sure I did not travel with bad brakes. Thank you
I had an issue with my tire loosing air. I called to see if they could check it out and they got me in the same day. They found the issue and fixed it within a reasonable time. I really like doing business with LaRiche. They have always been helpful with me.
Had a problem with my driver side headlight going out on a 2019 Traverse and when I called they did not have a answer at that time but took the time to find out if it was covered under the warranty and it was. So they got me into fix it and gave me a loaner car. I was very pleased with the service and how I was treated.

I have never had a more pleasant experience leasing a new vehicle then I had at Lou LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac in Findlay, OH. Mason Klingler really made me feel that he appreciated me as his client. Even though the initial transaction was by internet and phone Mason and his tram gave me the best possible offer for my Tahoe and best deal on the new lease 2021 Tahoe. The delivery was also very pleasant. I loved the small town feel of the dealership coming from Metro Detroit. My new truck was sparkling like at the Auto Show and they even filled the tank up full...never had that happen. Overall great experience. I would definitely go back when I need a new lease.
Took our Equinox in for service, turned out it needed a costly repair. When we picked it up, immediately noticed there was a crack in the muffler, so we took it right back to La Riche. Were told it would cost $1300 to fix and that we shouldn’t have them do it because it would be cheaper elsewhere. They not once mentioned the muffler needing repair, but somehow it showed up on the summary of necessary repairs. Hard to believe they overlooked something that requires $1300 of repair when they called to let us know what all needed fixed. We are 100% confident the muffler was fine pre-service. Appalled by La Riche’s lack of honesty and the rudeness I encountered when speaking with the service department about the matter.
They made it super easy, from the phone call reminder of service needed to picking up and returning my Equinox to my workplace, and text messages to let me know what they found. Very pleased with their service!

I had a temperature sensor replaced on my 2017 Cadillac XTS at LaRiche Chevrolet and Cadillac in Findlay Ohio. They ALWAYS do a great job explaining any issues and quickly and correctly make the repairs or do the servicing. This car only gets serviced at LaRiche. I give them the highest recommendation.

By far the WORST dealership I have ever been to. My car was taken there for repair after an accident. They had my car for 3 weeks, I got it back and my car was still damaged. The driver door was sticking out, the rim was cracked, the tire had a chunk out of it, the bumper was not properly put on. I took it back and they had it for an additional week. I got it back after that and realized that they replaced the driver light with the incorrect light so I had one yellow light (incorrect) and one LED light. Unless you want your car screwed up, then don’t take it there.

Easy/convenient scheduling process, a reminder email for my appointment, check-in process was quick and greeted by friendly staff, waiting area was clean and properly distanced, my wait time was as expected and the check-out process was again quick and greeted by friendly staff. Dave was great. Tom was good. The area of challenge was the abiguity in the rebates and costs of the vehicle. the transparency in my opinion was lacking. Definition of Cash Back, whats taxable, what is rebate, how much is each rebate etc, need to be better understood and explained. Everyone was polite, just not transparent.

In the past, I brought my car here to get brakes and rotors worked on and to stop the screeching noise on my car. After replacing them, I got in my car and didnt even leave the lot before hearing it again and they said the mechanic had failed to test drive it to make sure it was fixed. The noise came back later so I took it to another shop and they found that the calipers were installed correctly and all they needed to do was remove them to fix the problem, something La Riche did not catch. 4 months later the brakes and rotors had more issues again and theres no chance Id take my car here ever again.My girlfriend just got her car back recently for oil change and air compartment filters and was overpriced for exchanging the air filter. We were charged $80 for a simple filter replacement. When she brought the bill home and I called them to ask why we were charged so much they just said well looks like her rep she was talking to must have charged her for that. I dont typically charge that much for that if its easy to get to and proceeded to do nothing about the overcharges. Would never go back here or refer anyone to their service department in the future.
We had stopped at the lot for new cars and it was slightly raining. We had stoppedover the weekend and drove through on Sunday afternoon to get an idea plus hadbeen looking at the web site. Hunter Dillinger came out and saw us looking at thecars and asked if he could help us. We told him we wanted to test drive the redcar. He answered our questions after test driving. Very professional customerservice. Also we were able to pick up the car later in the day after signingall the paperwork. Hunter went over several other things before we leftlater in the afternoon. (pointed out several other features) One of the mainreasons to go back to this dealership is the service. I had an Impala beforethis purchase and the service availability to have it look over and checkedfor the miles drove. Even meet the young woman was is in the servicedept. Casey. Overall, I had an excellent experience in obtaining thisvehicle and the sales person stated if you have any questions or concernsplease give me a call.

I want to take a moment to clarify why you are seeing so many responses from me recently. . We just relocated back to this area and our lease was coming to an end. I was super impressed (Brett) with the way things went with this transaction. That when I saw our car at delivery a 2020 Malibu.I scheduled my 2020 Silverado for detailing when this was completed I wanted to drive it back to the dealership I got it from to show them what a vehicle should look like when its being delivered to the customer. Then I scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation to be completed again a great experience. Although after getting it back home I notice a squeaky noise that I hadnt noticed previously while checking it out there was a small mishap where one of my running board got damaged during the test drive. Once again I praise everyone for how this got handled the damage was not noticeable from our view point and very easily could have been ignored and I would have never noticed but instead a new running board was ordered and installed, I am super impressed by the level of integrity.And if all that wasnt enough my wife got ran into a curb and slit her tire on her brand new car and again we were treated very well and promptly to get her car safely back on the road . I can honestly say if all my experiences continue to be handled this professionally and promptly you and everyone I come in touch with will know what a great place Lariche Chevrolet is to buy and service your vehicles at. Took my Yukon here for warranty work after a personal recommendation. I should have just taken it to a trusted mechanic and paid out of pocket. Issue wasn’t resolved and not only that, now I suddenly have all these other problems that didn’t exist prior to taking it in. Such a scam. Next time I’ll take it to someone I trust that actually cares about the safety of those driving the vehicle. Would not recommend.
