This place is amazing! It gives me the emotional support I need to draw and lets me learn tricks of the trade!
Ive had a chance work with these beautiful people both professionally and personally. I love how energized everyone is - from the board members, full time and part time staff, even the volunteers - all so eager to support the special needs community here in Findlay thru a wide variety of programs specifically designed to fit each individuals unique challenges! They also provide programing that is suited well for the general public looking for explorer art or just a fun outing, and use these programs to help support the non-profit programming! All around, a great place!
This place is wonderful. I love that I, as an adult, and even for my kids, both my typical and autistic, we all have options that are tailored to our specific needs from small groups to one-on-one classes.
They take kids 4-12 only if they are potty trained... so they are cherry picking only children that are not a problem. Then thereStatement on the radio is special needs is our bread n butter. I dont think so.. or is itSpecial needs as long as you are potty trained. And not a problem.. are the staff certified through the state to provide services for our special citizens???? Are they trained to deal with a autism meltdown.. just not a place I would want my kid left alone .Not a fan..
We had a good time. I wish I would have been able to finish my painting the way I wanted to. Maybe next time.
Enjoyed an all-ages painting class, not expensive and was fun. Worth the trip from BG!
