Ive had amazing service at Nova Storage in Fillmore. Very clean and safe facility. I’ve had the pleasure to work with Guillermo when signing up for a storage unit. Very professional and friendly. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Nova Storage.

Ok place, friendly personal and did find a storage locker to our satisfaction. The manager was very good and helpful!It would be 5 🌟 stars if we could have used are own lock,using their gizmo instead of buying another lock from them.

This facility is very very clean and secure. The only thing I was not happy with is the hours we have access. Although I appreciate the unit hours are also when someone is on site. It makes it difficult for working people to be able to access. But if you are not doing a lot of back and forth its a great facility. I felt like I never had to worry about my stuff being secure.

I have been with Nova Storage for two years. The only reason we left is because we moved out of state. I received monthly statements via email. I paid my monthly fee with my debit card or credit card via their online payment website. I have never had an issue of them not answering their phone and if I called after hours I would leave a message and they called me back the next business day. They have always worked with me regarding any late fees I may have incurred. I would recommend Nova Storage in Fillmore to anyone in need of a storage unit.

I wouldnt recommend the Fillmore location of Nova Storage. The manager was vague and unclear about accessibility. Pricing was different from the website and there were several additional fees on top of rental pricing. I contacted Supervisor Jodie the same day I rented the unit about how their access hours would not work for our storage needs, she apologized and offered us a refund. Then a few days later, Claudia from the Fillmore location called me back and blamed me for the miscommunication and I was told we would not receive a full refund because evidently this whole situation was my fault. I like to support our local businesses and am sad to have been treated this was way.

A fantastic facility! The manager, Mags, is very kind and helpful. This is the place to go for your storage needs.

Great esay access friendly people

We were an A Street Storage RV storage customer for 5 years, until today. I read the other couple reviews and yes, its true - they dont answer the phone, the gate is almost always open and their accounting is incredibly disorganized. But its the closest storage facility to my home so it was convenient and we have just tried to work through/tolerate the problems.Even knowing all this I admit to being flabbergasted at the bill we received claiming that we owed the a full year of monthly rental fees AND included a hundred dollars of auction fees. Knowing they dont answer the phone my husband and I grabbed the checkbook (they dont accept cards of any kind), proof of our last payment, our rental agreement and headed over there to try to work it out.We arrived to find our 5th wheel trailer chained! We met with the owner and I asked him if he had sent previous bills/notices and was told I have more than 30 renters! It would be too expensive to send out bills and notices to every one every month. Ooooooh-kaaaay. As a business woman myself, I assumed that is an integral part of doing business, but to each his own.I pulled out my print out from the bank of my most recent payment and the bill and explained that the amount owed was much lower due to the most recent payment. I also explained that I had my checkbook and was prepared to pay him the balance what we owed him. He refused to accept the printout as proof of payment and insisted on the actual cancelled check. (Do banks even send those out anymore?) And despite the fact that in our 5 years of doing business at A Street Storage, we have never bounced a check - he refused to accept a check from us today.We left to go get cash and when we returned they had parked a forklift in front of our trailer to further prevent us from hitching up and taking it! I gave the owner the amount of cash that I had originally said we owed him and when faced with cash in hand he suddenly agreed with me and accepted it as payment in full.Needless to say I also gave him notice that we would be removing our property from his storage facility and was giving the notice required by the contract.So, my advice to you is this, if you want to keep your own payment records, have time to go track down someone face to face to fix problems and you dont mind someone threatening to illegally auctioning off your property - by all means, rent a space at A Street Storage.
