I lived in Filmore for eight months and needed work done on my truck and car. Estrada‘s is hands-down the best mechanic shop I have ever dealt with in my life and I am in my mid-50s and that’s saying a lot you have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else if you’re near Filmore California this man has 100% integrity in doing business!

I was stranded about 30 miles from home, my radiator broke & my car overheated, I found Rick Estradas Automotive on Google maps, it had top ratings, and now it will have the highest from me. I called him, told him year, make, & model, of my car before my tow arrived, he ordered parts, and repaired in one day. He took for test drive noticed it was missing, checked everything under the hood and told me what I might need to get done in future. Complete inspection. Even of work done elsewhere 10 days before. I couldnt be happier, price was very fair for work performed, & received.

Dropped of my vehicle at 10 am for an estimate on a few items I needed repaired. I had to call him at 5:50 as I didn’t get a call the entire day. No answer so I drive down there and Rick tells me he didn’t even get a chance to look at it. It says they close at 6pm. Was he going to keep it overnight and not even call me? That’s unacceptable to me. I could have taken it someplace else if had told me he was too busy.

Just a quick tail light bulb change, but they did it on the spot, in 2 mins. for $5.00 and cheerfully. I miss the days of simple transactions like this. Bravo. Ive since been there 3 times for bigger stuff and he did the work for less $, on time, and correctly. A great mechanic who is ethical is a keeper.
