Five Star Recommendation: Air Conditioning Service, Cleaning and Repair. FYI, I have no relationship with this company and had never met these guys prior. Its just so hard to find good trades so we wanted to share a GOOD experience.We were having issues with our A/C leaking water in our Westlake Village house. We also had a few floorboards show signs of water damage. The first company we tried (Air Force) misdiagnosed and wanted an unreasonable price to do more.Ernie and Gabe with Heritage Valley Air Company did an AWESOME job diagnosing the issue. It turned out the water was condensation coming from the inside components in the unit being so dirty (it was freezing up and then melting over and over again). There was literally a pool of water underneath which could have damaged our floor.They removed all the moisture and then totally cleaned the unit on the inside and out, including parts of which Im unfamiliar (blower, coil, condenser). They also replaced the filter and topped us off with freon.WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The unit is cooling so much faster. Its way quieter and it seems to be running less to get the house cool.They were here for almost two and a half hours, and even with all the additional work they were less than half the price of other company.Lesson learned is most of the houses in our neighborhood were built in the 70s and 80s. If you havent had your system cleaned in some time it might be of consideration. Had we been more diligent I wouldnt be having to do some minor floor repair from the water damage.Obviously, we highly recommend these guys.

I have used Heritage Valley twice now. Both times they were very responsive and showed up in less than an hour. Ernie explained all the details when our thermostat stopped powering on and was quick to diagnose the issue. The second time our fan and condenser had stopped working. It was 108° outside at 4:30pm so I had a feeling we might not have AC for at least a night. Nope!! He had Vince at our door within 30 minutes. He had our AC working in less than 10 minutes. Technical experts and excellent service! Highly recommended to everyone.

I have used Ernie for both my personal home and my rentals HVAC maintenance and repairs. He is honest and upfront with what can and cannot be done. We had our ac go out on the hottest day of the year, and while I knew what part I needed and being hvac trained to fix it myself, it was Labor Day weekend! Every shop within 100 miles was understandably closed, but a quick call to Ernie confirmed he not only had the part, he wouldnt overcharge for it, and he was happy to deliver it to our house 2hrs later as well as add valuable tips for the installation. Heritage Valley Air saved the day for us, and 5min after buying the part our ac was up and running again flawlessly! Incredibly thankful for this company going above and beyond on a holiday, and happy to support a local small business!

Great guys. Fast work. Stopped at the hardware store for my project . Clean work. Came to my home at 6 pm to fix my water heater,,, after a full day of work ... Thanks Ernie … And then it happened... Water line leaked over night. filled my home. carpet and 1 wall damaged. Still no help . Almost 2 weeks now. Insurance adjuster handling there claim for me . Told me to handle it myself. He is not taking responsibility . So now my wife and I are paying for it. No response from Heritage, or there insurance. Still waiting . All wet customer.

My experience has been amazing service! When I have called Ernie comes ASAP usually within hours if not immediately. On top of his game!!! I have used him for years, he would service my unit every year. After moving my unit at the new place completely went out during a terrible heat wave, he came by 7:30 in the am. Took the old one and had the new one in by 3:00 in the afternoon. Highly recommendable!!!
