I’ve called on About Plumbing with several plumbing concerns this year. Greg is very courteous and professional helping me diagnose the problems over the phone and setting up an appointment. T. J and Don were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I will be calling About Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

Second time not making an appointment first time fixing a leak in the kitchen. This time was to give an estimate on a basement bathroom. Stayed home all day waiting on them, called at 6 and he pass the blame on his workers. He owns the business and it is his responsibility not his employees to do estimate. Son had work done by About and it was quality work, just need to be concern about customer service.

First time I had them out to fix water level he asked if I minded if the young guy did the work I said no as long as he knows what he’s doing so they left and the water level thing never got fixed then when I went to pay it was $10 more than I was told over the phone he said oh ok and agreed to the amount over the phone the next time he came out he fixed the stem on the handles of the showers and I asked him to fix the water level on the toilet again he said he would have to go home and study how to do it so I called the office and told them and the guy said he would send them back out but when he called before he was coming he said I hope I know how to do it so I was nervous about him working on my toilet will never have this company back at my house againInvoice: A060120B or 8 can’t read the handwritingPaid: $390

Donny came out today and fixed our toilet. So nice and he was able to fix the problem quickly. I called earlier in the morning and he came the same day! Would definitely recommend them and will use this company again if I have another problem!

Id been trying to get my hot water heater moved for weeks and the plumbers just werent calling me back.Someone recommended About Plumbing. They were prompt in scheduling, came out today and made the move. I think the guys name was Cody who came out. He was professional and we went through the options on what we could do. I really appreciated his attention to detail.I will absolutely call them first if I have another plumbing job. Thank you so much! It feels great to have that thing moved to a better spot!

Warning: quite expensive! About Plumbing repaired the yard stack to our septic tank - the service took 2.5 hours and we were charged $3,000. We paid $167 the day before for the service call (they couldn’t clear the drain), but we were told the $167 would be applied to the total if we had them do the work. Well, we had them do the repair, but they didn’t apply the $167 service call payment to the total, so we are out $3,167! There are coupons on their website that were not applied to our service either....why offer coupons if they can’t be used?

I would recommend About Plumbing to anyone. They gave me same day service on a big job! Donnie and Cody were so polite and knowledgeable. The job ended up with replacing sub floor in one bathroom. Before they even did the work they explained what was needed. I appreciated that so much. They both worked hard and I felt totally comfortable and trusted both of them. They did a fabulous job! The gentleman criticized my plumbing system and referred me to a well company. It turned out my water filter was dirty. I had to wait nearly a week for a well pump company to fix my plumbing problem

I highly recommend Greg and his team. My sewer would get clogged with tree roots at least once a year for the last ten years and I could always count on him to get it taken care of quickly, affordably and correctly. Last week my old sewer pipe finally collapsed in the front yard. His team responded quickly and replaced the P trap that was 10 foot deep. It was a big repair but they got it done in one day and I though the price was very reasonable. I trust his work and judgement and highly recommend.

Great company to have work done from. Adjusted his schedule to get by and look at my water main. Had it all replaced and done in less than a day. Service tech and owner were very nice and did a great job. Went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t ask for a better plumber. Please don’t hesitate to call them if you need anything. They are now saved in my phone and I will be reaching out to them in the future when I need them.

I had a water heater under warranty go out - they worked with me over phone and were willing to come onsite whereas the companies that are contracted to perform warranty work could not be bothered. Great customer service !!
