I stopped in for an oil change and new wipers because the dealership couldnt get me in anytime soon that worked with my schedule. They were great! They were out of my filter but quickly ran up the road and got one. They were also out of my wipers. But supply is limited these days so I understood. They gave me 25% discount for the inconvenience. They were all very professional and courteous!

Courteous staff. My oil change took 12 minutes -- plenty quick. Im not sure they checked my tires. They asked if 35 psi was good and I said yes, but my car says theyre at 31, just like before I went in. Thats not a big deal, though. Overall great.

Did not have washer fluid. Did not check air filter as requested until reminded. Then did not have air filter to install. Took 45 minutes. I know why theyre not called Jiffy lube.

They were very thorough, fast and friendly. This will be where I continue to have my oil changed.

Wow.... so I came in today to get an oil change in my 2020 Dodge Charger and whoa daddy... these guys told me it wasn’t time yet.... like for real we’re honest enough to tell me I had another 1000 miles to go. Checked to be 100% sure I was good and got me going. Honest business is the fastest way to my heart.

Left old oil in the oil pan under the filter and it leaked all over my driveway. There were old oil finger prints all over the hood and bumper and a huge swipe of oil across my bumper. Manager said the best they could do was give me $10 off my next oil change and an apology. For a $50 oil change I shouldnt have had this experience. Dont know if Ill ever go back. A ruined spot on my brand new driveway and $10 off my next oil change is a joke.So ever since my oil change my vehicle has rattled. I thought it was the oil pan but it was secure. While investigating I realized it was the engine shield! They knocked it loose during the oil change. I will never return to this location. I also contacted corporate twice with no returned call. Said that theyd call within so many hours and they did not. I like using valvoline because its directly connected to car fax. But this is ridiculous, poor customer service all around.

Ok. I went for a simple oil chang...and wound up with the whole package...the guys working on my expedition were fun amd even a little funny. I spent around mayne 2 hours all tigether there...got some things done said that was it...ended up right back there a bit later...they gave me really good disclunts that i couldnt refuse....i do understand that with new staff..things can go wrong...thing is...i recognized quite a few of them from the last time i was there. Need to do something about keeping some music or something going there....my phome just wasnt quite loud enough amd it got them going.

Greasy paw prints on fender.Washer fluid not filled.Tried to sell oil level half quart low.Checked battery for and did not see or mention corrosion on terminals.Have used them many times before they have never been this sloppy in the past

Always good service; the one time I saw them make a mistake, the manager made sure they fixed it, and offered me my next service free.When they say they check it all, unlike other quick oil change places Ive seen, they really do.

Took forever to change my oil, like 45 minutes, and less then a week later I had to go back because they didnt top off the rest of my fluids, (washer fluid, coolant/antifreeze) *didnt know before going, and just filed washer fluid... But they dont charge anything if u have to come in between oil changes, to get fluids topped... also thought they were kind of pricey...

Very nice young men. Found out not only did I have a leak in my tire, but it needed replaced immediately. Changed my oil and checked all oils.

Do not recommend going here if they cause any damage they are unwillingly to work with you and caused my engine to blow up on I-55 due to the wrong oil filter being put in and did not issue a rental car or anything and only offered to put a engine with 150000 miles to replace damages ignored all calls and did not give us any info to help and the only time they wanted to help is when we brought up getting a attorney and I’ve missed several doctors appointments and 70 hours of work and they did not care about it at all terrible service

Was quick in and out. Was almost 3x as much as I usually pay for oil change, but I was in a bind. Problem I had was this. I know auto parts. I replaced our air filter a few months back. When they pulled it and showed me, the employee try to get me to pay for it to be replaced by telling me that the filter should be pearlly white, its not. Thing is my filter is a Fram air filter which was yellow paper brand new, not Pearlly white. Horrible tactic to scare people to pay for something they dont need.Shame.For that, I cant trust you. Sorry, not again.

Love this place, i get an oil change monthly, as I drive alot for work. Came in today at 6:30 took 7 minutes 45 seconds for an oil change I watched it all on camera always top notch. I dont understand the negative reviews. My wife gets her oil changed here and my son never once an issue, always honor coupons. They have tried selling other stuff but we politely decline and move on no rudeness from anyone.

Been here twice now and both times have been great so far. The group of guys are very nice and get you in and out quick.

They did a good job. My daughter had the oil change on the car . She had a 50 percent off coupon, didnt get 50 percent of got around 30 percent off.

I got in right away but it was early and during the week. The attendance were friendly and helpful. They explained everything they were doing and showed me the filters they looked at. I had one they showed me needed replacing and one that didnt. I would recommend.

The price of an oil change is higher than other places but for good reason. They check everything....fluids, tires, belts, wipers, lights, and you never leave your car the entire time. TV monitors show everything they are doing the entire time, even from the underside of your vehicle. After an oil change they show you the dipstick to prove fluid is at the proper level. Ill be back

They did their job fast tried to sell their products I didnt bite. I went from Castrol oil to Valvoline Blended synthetic. We will see and I got a price list on fluid changes. All in all very happy

Ive always had good service and they never seem to take longer than 20 minutes to complete an oil change, with checking lights, fluids, wipers, tires, and filters. Thats pretty good in my book. The only reason it isnt 5 stars is because it is crazy expensive sometimes, especially for synthetic oil changes.

I had my oil changed early June. I noticed an oil puddle under my car the next week. I wiped it up and another occurred. I returned to Valvoline and asked them to fix the leak. They said everything was dry and there was no leak. I went home and crawled under the car myself. Large area is wet with oil.Why lie about it. Two minutes they could have actually fixed it. Very unprofessional. I took my car to a certified mechanic. He told me the oil plug gasket was missing. Valvoline probably dropped it while changing the oil. The mechanic said the oil pan was wet with oil and problem was obvious.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are a bunch of liars who don’t do their job! I got an oil change I asked if they changed the fluid the manager and the guy working on my vehicles yes they did I tried to use the fluid to make sure they did and it was still empty I asked them again they said yes and showed them then they filled it up! If they are going to lie about windshield washer fluid what else will they lie about! Very unprofessional!

When I pulled in the guy immediately tried upsaling me. He started off with trying to say an oil change is 89.00. I told him that I’ve never paid that fir an oil change. He asked what I normally pay which is 40-45$. At this point a orange challenger pulled which must have been his friend. The guy in the challenger gets out in the bay in regular clothes and starts working on his own car? Something was not right. The guy then said okay yea we will do the oil change for 40. Ok? Everything felt shady and they were trying to just keep selling me stuff. My card is brand new so I know I do not need those services.

Dont believe when you call and it says no wait. Dont believe the guy that tells you well have you in 5 or 6 mins. Sat there for 35 mins and finally reversed and left! Guys move super slow!

Get my oil changed here at the oil changing place. Works great for me. People are fast and friendly . I get offered parts replacements and I am free to say no or yes. I get coupons in rather mail it now on my phone and tablet. They always seem to know their stuff cause Im in and out and good till next time...every time...I mean EVERY TIME. Thanks peeps!

All services of an oil change were performed as advertised. All these facilities are individual franchises. This one just happens to price itself considerably higher than the others for the same services.Nothing about the process justifies the cost.

If you would like to be over charged, and short changed, then this is the place to go. I typically perform my own maintenance on all my vehicles and have since I was very young. One thing I do is when I have to have something done, I most of the time I check the place I am going to have work done, but I did not think I needed to do this for a simple oil change.Well after surgery I could not work on my cars for a few months, and so I took my vehicles to this shop. First they wanted to charge me almost $40.00 per vehicle for an oil change, I talked them down to $19.99, then they wanted to change belts, hoses filters, batteries, and all said and done, and total screw job.The thing that got me most angry is, i have fully recovered and went to do my oil changes, as it was time, not theirs, but mine 5000 miles. The owners manual says 7500, VIOC said 3000 miles.I got under the cars and found the same thing on all three, the wrong size oil filters... the filters they used was a company filter a full 2/3s smaller that the filters that are supposed to be used, and upon opening them up, substandard filter material. Not to mention the put the filters on so tight that I almost had to use an air chisel to remove them, and they manager to round off the oil plugs on two of the three vehicles. It seems to me that money is more important that return business. However, I am just one customer, after all there are many more where I come from...After this experience I would not go back to them is it were the last place on the planet. I would go to the dealer and pay twice the price, if I could not do it myself.I hope this gets not only the customers to check everything before the buy, but to also hold them accountable.

My daughter had her oil changed yesterday and they upsold a tire rotation to her two hours after she had brand new tires put on her car. The stickers were STILL ON THE TIRES. They took advantage of a 19 year old girl. They lack integrity and character and when we (her parents) went in to confront them immediately following, they refused to credit our charge and gave her a coupon for half off a oil change.

I came here to get an oil change because I needed one and happened to be in the Festus area and I am very glad I did! Scott was helpful in giving me useful information about my car and oil changes, but didnt try to push a bunch of products. I have never been to get an oil change where the representative asked me if I wanted anything specific checked and taken care of, but I was asked twice to make sure I did not have any concerns with my vehicle. It really goes to show how much these guys want to make sure your car is driving right. Thanks Valvoline!

Rolled in 20 minutes till 5. I was greeted with an unpleasant attitude because they were closing in 20 minutes. Mind you there was no wait. I presented a competitor coupon for a $30 oil change and a free tire rotation. Their sign clearly states they honor competitor coupons. The manager politely explained that they cant do the tire rotation. I was fine with this however he proceeded to explain that other companies such as Dobbs offered free windshield wipers with an oil change and that Valvoline cant give away free products. I explained that a tire rotation only takes a few minutes but not an issue.The guy lost my coupon and tried charging me full price. I had to remind him of the coupon. Not to mention the presented me with a clean air filter and told me I needed a new one. They also tried cramming a transmission flush and new windshield wipers because they left a small streak. No No No. I felt uncomfortable with all the products they were trying to cram my way. They didnt take a simple rejection, they proceeded to try and push the products more.They then presented me with the dip stick and I pointed out the oil was a little low. They were happy to add another half a quart but my goodness why would the customer have to point this out.I dont plan on going back.

They wanted to charge me 89 bucks for synthetic oil change... No thank you, my husband would s*** a brick if I paid that! So Im going home without my oil changed and now my hubby has a longer honey do list for his next day off.

Always in and out. They let you know if something needs attention but they don’t push their extra services to much. They mention them but don’t push it in you!

Wish they werent so high pressure sales. I would like to be able to just pull up and say change my oil without having to check all of my vehicle functions and listen to their sales pitches.
