Everything has to be done over the phone or internet unless your IN their home state of MA THAT IS THE ONLY OFFICE!!! A+ with the BBB DONT MEAN A DAMN thing yeah its good but they can or ANYONE can STILL SCAM YOU over the phone OR INTERNET!!! NO FACE TO FACE anymore!!!
