These are now owned by Don Menkhaus, and hes a terrible slumlord. I notifed him of multiple issues, including black mold, and he never did anything. When he finally did after us withholding rent, he didnt actually fixed it. He sprayed bleach water, then painted over the rest of the evidence. I have proof of all of it. Do not rent from him

Lots of drug activity here. The apartment my relatives live in is nice, just wish the junkies who leave their used needles in peoples yards would get evicted and arrested
