They towed my friends motorcycle but wouldnt let her get it out in a timely fashion. Even after she got all the proper paperwork. Stalled for days and my friend had to call the cops twice to get them to finally let it go.

Honesty and Integrity shows, and its worth every penny.This is long, and its a bit of a ride, but I need to say something here.I own two Greyhound Scenicruiser buses.pd-4501-864 and pd-4501-350.They are rare, and there are very few left in any condition.You move them with a big wrecker or a landoll if they dont drive.#350 has been sitting off Northwest rd in Ferndale, wa. for 16 years, and it was time to move her, with a deadline.(Shes a project for my students)So I found a hauler (not Heston), made a deal, scheduled a pickup at his earliest convenience, which ended up being 3 days after my deadline.Cleared the overstay with the property owner, good to go.Drive 160 miles to meet up with the driver and load the bus.He messages me at 8 am, day of, to tell me theres a minor issue, hell be there soon.Never heard from him again, in spite of numerous attempts to contact.I drive home. Im livid.My word is important to me, and now I look incompetent, not to mention blew an entire day and 100 dollars worth of diesel on this. Thankfully, property owner was cool about it.The next day, we hire another hauler (still not Heston).An extremely well known tow company out of Olympia, who has hauled this *exact model of bus before*.Drive up to Ferndale *again*.The guy that shows up (with an 18 wheeler landoll) decides that somehow 10 8 is taller than 11 0 and goes home empty.He wasted a day and probably 200 bucks in diesel just to tell me they *cant* haul it, in spite of me showing him a picture of the exact same model of bus on the very landoll he brought, with the exact same truck?So Im on the phone calling *everybody* cause Ill be damned if Im going to go home empty handed again.Spoiler alert: I went home empty handed.However...Three hours after that driver bailed on us, Im on the phone with Chris Heston of Heston Hauling.... and a few hours after that, a really big wrecker rolls in at dusk. ... and Its the boss man himself, coming to take a look.He says hell handle it, but hes busy, so the plan is to tow it from where it is to their yard, and then run it down here on Thursday early, when traffic is lighter.You can tell a lot about a man by his handshake, and how he talks.So I clear yet another overstay with the property owner, drove home, and the next day I slept in.Then I drive up to Ferndale *again*.Chris shows up, and a bit of wrecker wizardry later, off to his yard it goes.(do I have to expound on how utterly happy the property owner is at this point?)We bump the move to Friday to work better with his schedule.Today is Friday, November 08, 2019.I have a rare, vintage bus in the driveway of my shop.Delivered as promised.Minor issue on the road handled in a quick, professional manner. (bus parking brakes decided they wanted to apply themselves, lol)No nonsense, No BS. No upsell, No hidden charges.Men with good communication seem to be rare these days.Men who you can count on seem to even more so.I found one, and the next time I have to move something that needs a big truck, Im calling Chris.Thanks guys.--- end of line ---

I had great service from Heston in the past and requested that my insurance company use them today when I needed my car moved so they did. Unfortunately, 4 hours after I had talked to the shop where my car was being held, my car was not accessible when Heston arrived therefore Heston had to move on. So far - no problems. Two hours later the shop cleared the equipment behind my car and I called Heston directly and advised them the vehicle was clear. They replied I had to input another service call to my insurance agency to get them to come out. Really? Thats great guys. I will definitely be calling my insurance agency and I will DEFINITELY be telling them NOT to use Heston. Thanks for passing the buck.

I had a great experience with the company from understanding that I needed a flat bed truck to move my car to arriving at the time expected. The driver understood how to get my car on the flat bed without damage, performed a quick hook up and delivered my car to the repair shop without damage. Highly recommended, have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

Considering having called everyone with a simple pull out,, (TRACTOR STUCK IN MUD) thought that was it until I saw there ad in the phone book of Google. After my explanation to them they were there in minutes and everything was of the utmost proper way of a good service .The younger person that helped me had been with stuck tractor himself as I recall him saying, and prices were more then reasonable. good to see theres still proper towing services out there. I had a breakdown just after leaving a long day at work, and after a 30 min (that could have been a 5 min) call with my insurance company, they dispatched my tow request through Heston. I called Heston to confirm my location and their COVID requirements and whoever I spoke with was so incredibly nice and reassuring. He walked me through their practices, gave me a time frame and set my mind at ease. The driver showed up way earlier than expected, was also incredibly kind and professional and had my car loaded up in moments. Considering how stressful any unplanned auto expense is, especially during COVID, having the professional, fast, safe and kind removal of my car was a huge weight lifted. I hope I dont have to go through this again but would recommend this team in a heartbeat.

I called with a concern and asked to speak with a supervisor and or manager due a issue with one of their drivers the lady who claimed she was the supervisor was very rude and told me she had no control over what her employees do. Her employee was out of line and I brought the issue up to her and she ignored it and then hung up on me when I told her I see that it appeared that the poor attitude and unprofessional attire comes from the top and they choose to look the other way. She said I could speak with Chris I would love to speak with Chris, however if his attitude is the same as hers and her employees forget it! I would recommend using any other tow services if the bad service stems from management down!

Eric was super. We just moved to tge area and my car wouldnt start. Called State Farm and they sent Eric from Heston. He was amazing!!!! Asked if he could test the battery for me first and gave me some advice.

Ive always had amazing experiences with Heston. They came to my aid over a year ago and the driver was awesome with my young son. My parents had car issues about a week ago. Heston showed up in half the time they had said. The driver changed out their tire and had them back on the road quickly. When my parents mentioned their was an older man with battery problems the driver headed towards the man and his vehicle. It was 80° out and that driver was totally willing to help another person without being called out for it. We will always use Heston for any and all roadside and towing.

We were lucky to have our flat tire changed by Lee. He was cheerful, patient and skilled. He was prompt, and worked quickly despite lots of questions.

Rude and unprofessional owners. Yeah they me get happy reviews when it comes to people needing help but when they tow there rude. No people skills. I understand why certain businesses dont like associating with them.

Being that we needed to tow an 27ft RV, great service, quick and easy, but a little confusing at end over cost(fairly settled). Overall, very nice people to deal with and extremely accommodating.
