He foresaw possible inspection issues before we went on the market that could be raised by Buyers. He was able to offer additional insight into the offers as he could tell me which offers had prior bankruptcies, prior HOA fees, civil lawsuits and delinquent bills that helped us evaluate who was most likely as an offer to get thru underwriting and not waste our time. I had the pleasure of working with Scott as the lisitng agent on a home I purchased in December. He was also the home inspector I had hired for a different home. Scott was very knowledgeable on both aspects. He was prompt with return calls and emails. He doubles as a great home inspector as well. Scotts inspection of the other house was very detailed.
