My visit was okay, however while I was checking out a customer came to the door and it was locked ( 7:00PM)....the sales lady opened the door and said were closed....the customer outside said when did you start closing at 7?The lady at the register stated we close at our discretion.

Was light traffic in store, shelves well stocked and store was clean. I was asked did I find everything I needed ok- pleasant experience. 5 stars.

The cashier was very nice! But don’t do WesternUnion there smh. Their machine does not work with the WU app. I tried several times and it wouldn’t work. Left and went over to cash connection and boom. I’m and out no problems. Also, there was a stank chic all up in my space at the register! Yuck

The owner dont give a care about his workers and what conditions they work in because one day is really really hot and today was that day and also happen again on a previous day but I gave you a little bit of time to correct the situation but its still the same and its unfair for the owner have employees to work in this condition its really hot in this place and is horrible

They have good stuff!! Love shopping there but they have boxes and boxes of stuff all over the place i almost tripped several times. Watch where you walk its like a maze..smh

Had what I needed for a very reasonable price. However the store was messy and nearly empty. There was trash in a pile as if someone was cleaning and interrupted. Waited nearly 10 mins while the woman in front of me decided how to spend $3.00 Only one register open, The associate at the register was friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help the woman in front of me. Definitely wont be back

I like this Dollar General. Oak Park is close to me and location is convenient. I find what I need at the right prices and the greeting cards have what Im looking for. Need to have the dollar isle a lot neater. Also need to make sure the toiletries isle is stocked. Take boxes out of the isles. Safety issue.

Friendly neighborhood store. Everyone is nice. The cleanliness of the store could be improved but they are short staffed so maybe once they hire additional people, they will be more cleanly.

I love this store now. It was a family dollar not to long ago. It was awful. I went in for something quick this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Neat, clean, organized and super friendly employees.

BAD VIBES.I spend well over $3k a year here but I cant take it anymore. NOT ANOTHER DIME UNTIL MANAGEMENT FIXES THEIR SITUATION.I know their turnover rate for employees MUST be high! All of the kids who work there complain about the large manager with the nasty attitude & stringy weave TO CUSTOMERS! And its no wonder - SHES LOUD, MEAN, AGGRESSIVE, HATEFUL, AND DIRTY!You think thats bad?SHE HERSELF complains to customers about her own management so ofcourse the kids are going to follow suit.Im just coming in to grab some stuff - why do I need to know that your boss wants you to take pics and clean the floors? Girl bye.Shes clearly verbally abusive to employees AND customers. I am perplexed a to why shes still employed.I have seen her on 3 occasions talk smack about people who were LITERALLY just walking into the door!Customer service from anyone else is the store is awesome - but that woman has mental issues. She wouldnt know quality customer service if it asked her to take pictures and keep the floors clean.Stopping in for gum shouldnt be an exercise in mental agility. Ill simply keep my $3k.

They lie all the time and say their systems are down when really they lazy as heck and dont never want to open the doors .... they nast dirty and always busy but only got one cashier the manager she suck but was the best when the 1st open clearly she was geek to have a job
