It’s a pyramid scheme you do get to go out and do fun things but they are mandatory and you have to pay your own way and you work 6/7 days a week from 8-11(sometimes later) as well as you have to meet in the office in the morning and at night and go some place random to nock on doors and try your best to sell things to people all well having to have your own vehicle and gas as well as it’s all commission base so if you dont make sales you don’t make money as well as once you get to a certain point in being able to produce sales you have to help the company build by bringing in people and doing interviews (pyramid scheme) the only way the boss gets paid is if your making money

I think i applied here like 2 years ago maybe? i dont even know, but i got a text saying theyd wanted to set up a zoom meeting.... i was applying for jobs at the time but didnt recall applying here, when i questioned them they said they found my info through indeed.... i dont use indeed... pretty sketch if you ask me

This company has been harassing me for over a year!! I randomly received an email from them saying their director had a chance to look over my resume, and they would like to set up an interview. I responded and asked what the position was because I do not recall applying. They have emailed me at least a dozen times with the same our director has had the chance to look over your resume line and have even called me multiple times! Seems like a shady and unprofessional company if you ask me. Please stop emailing and calling me!

Ive been working with VPG since September, and its everything I expected it to be. Great atmosphere, Expansive training and so much room for growth. The managers are upfront and honest, which you dont see in the world today. Ive learned so much about business as well as myself here at VPG. Pair that with the opportunity to literally have your own business! Theres not too many places that give you that opportunity to own your own company. Ive networked with owners of other companies and I can honestly say this is what I needed.

READ AND LEARN! You need a certain personality to work a job like this. You either have the personality for it or maybe youre one of the lucky few who can learn to play the part. Door to door sales isnt fun. You need to be able to handle rejection and move on like nothing negative happened and start fresh at every house. You can make a LOT of money in sales. Charter Cable pays very well for door to door. My friend makes anywhere from $4k-8k a month. 4k is gonna be around December. Im not sure how well this company pays because I am doing research since they reached out to me for a job. I will say this any company that has to lie to get you in the door isnt a place you should work for. That is the owners and managements fault and job to fix. Shame on them if they arent being honest. Shame on you for taking a job without demanding enough information. Some people will succeed with Frontier. Those people unfortunately will watch thousands of employees come and go.

This company is a fraud! I have a signed contract stating my att uverse package which wasn’t what I got also they promised a 300.00 gift card which I still haven’t received. I have been in touch with the manager and he said the employee was incompetent and should not have said that. Well this is a Liable contract. If I do not get it I will go to small claims court. I’m also filing with the better business Bureau

Ive recently visited Frontier for an interview and was intrigued with their office setting. It is not a typical boring workplace, it is modern looking with an upbeat tempo. Ive since accepted an offer with Frontier, and I am looking forward to working with them into the new year. Ive worked multiple jobs since university including marketing, PR, and customer service, and this is probably the first opportunity Ive had that has a family touch to it. Also their recent expansions across Detroit and Canada has me excited to be a part of something new and growing. If positions are still available and you are looking for a change for the better, I would recommend applying.

Frontier promotions is a company that I walked into unsure of at first, after walking in the door I found myself in an awesome atmosphere that made me feel at home. The people were extremely welcoming and excited to see new faces in the office. My internship with Frontier has taught me a great deal not only about myself but about growing as a professional also. Sugar coated, I work for 4 whole weeks made a sale and quit because nothing was paying off I did the training for 400$ and still didn’t get my paycheck I call up there the boss Christian was talking about sorry they canceled the order. This was completely commissions! They’re not upfront nice people but fake and tell you things you wanna hear nothing but lies

I worked at Frontier Promotions for 3 months full time and would not recommend this job to anyone unless working 50-60 hours a week for little to no pay is acceptable for them. They dance around the fact that the business is door to door sales, they pride themselves on not being a standard business and how much room for growth they have however they dont even explain to you that the pay is 100% commission based and that you are actually a personal contractor and not an employee of the company, therefore no benefits and pay obligations to you. I was one of their top sales people for the 3 months I spent there and never made more than minimum wage throughout a work week.

Never got any check outside of 400 from theyre bonuses was told Id be making a part of everything Id sell with a boss didnt see a dime from tht or any sale I ever made pyramid scheme stay away

Not recommended.You can expect to interview for any title, yet you start as a commissioned direct sales rep. You will be guilted into spending 50+ hours a week with coworkers, and you will be pulled away from your family and friends.

Terrible. I asked on the phone is this a salary or commission only. They told me 40,000 to $45,000 a year. So by the third fake interview, I was told it is commission only.

The summer internship I had at Frontier Promotions was great. I learned more than I had orginally planned, as well as realized that there are various career paths in sales and marketing.

My overall experience was sub-par. I learned a lot about that kind of business and myself in just that week, than I have in any other job as well. It was nice that they accommodated to me, since I go to school far away they did a Skype interview. It is a door-to-door however they allow for advancement throughout the company and make it seem like a great place to work. Just wished it would have been different, and more of what I was looking for.Pros: You truly do learn a lot, the office atmosphere is like no other I have ever been apart of. Everyone is friendly, and it is a good competitiveness. If you work the material the way it is presented then you will succeed. You get a chance to work with people, and actually provide great services. My favorite part was how close you can get with the people you work alongside. Like I mentioned it truly brought me out of comfort zone, and I actually learned quite a bit of stuff about myself.Cons: VERY untrustworthy, and misleading, they sugar-coat the job I believe. The LinkedIn profile I applied for said NO weekends, when I mentioned it, they said, Oh it is actually only Saturday. Strike one. Then there was the Training bonus, I was told that the first two weeks I would get paid, since you train, however I found out that was not the case. Strike two. I told them in late March, early April that I had a family event the first Wednesday I was working, so I would only be able to do a half of a day. I told the interviewer, later that day another person. Then, on the first and second day I told another person, then when the day came, they made it seem shameful that I couldnt work the rest of the day, and made it seem like I was the untrustworthy person. Strike three.
