The team at Verde Media was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am a brand new business owner and they created my website that very much exceeded my expectations. To start, I worked with their account manager Liz. She was underwhelming with her inability to answer questions properly about technical pieces of a proposal for a website relaunch; plus she was trying to sell me a web product that wasn’t going to work for my needs. I asked for references. I received one good reference and one bad reference who said she had timeline and follow-up issues with them, but I should speak with the advertising/marketing guy, who happened to be owner Jon Teodoro. Jon knows his stuff, but he’s much higher on more custom build websites than other companies in the area, and he refuses to let experienced former marketing leaders like myself handle the design aspect of my website by outsourcing it to my OWN creative director who’s handled my rebrand by establishing color, font, look, feel, etc. I was also going to handle all of the copywriting and content planning and delivery. He didn’t seem to have an issue with this. By doing allowing my own creative director to step in, it would have helped save my small business between $4-$5K — his quote for a custom build was already $15K and he said he wasn’t budging. I receive two other estimates in the $10K range. He said I could go with one of them. I wouldn’t work with this company whatsoever. They might work alright for someone with little to no technical or marketing knowledge but if you have some technical or marketing background steer clear, and you’ll be happy you did.

They are an amazing web design company that goes the extra mile. They communicate fast, and respond to questions promptly and in a well thought out manner.Our site was greatly enhanced from the previous model and well within budget.
