Yesterday was my first time working with and ordering with this company. My sister and I look forward to do long term business with a company that answers their phone live and is so welcoming. We are not naive, time will tell how successful our relationship will grow. However, the positive attitude from the front door, thank you Mary and Lindsey, fosters very good vibes. Looking forward to updating our review later with expectantly the same results.

When they charge your card, the invoice amounts do not always match, which is fine, if they would send an invoice with the correct amount and or a statement with the reason for the different amount and the different amount. As long as you make them a good amount (where the amount cut-off is unknown) they do so after you request the information. I do not recommend using them as a distributor.

I recently had an unfortunate customer service experience. Glen and Jerry of Nalpac expeditiously addressed my concern and restored my confidence with the company. Customer service turned out more than great and I look forward to continuing business here.

My company and I have been doing business with Nalpac for many many years and I would have to say they are a very friendly, organized and efficient company. They have 1000s of items to choose from and keep their stock up. My rep Mark is great I always look forward to chatting with him or any of their team. Nalpac has been one of our primary wholesalers for many many years. They have very few out-of-stock issues, so we can almost always get what we need when we need it. They have a very quick turn-around time with their shipping. Our sales rep, Ms. Kubiski, answers her own phone! She is incredibly knowledgeable about nearly every product available from Nalpac. The team at Leather and Lace of VA will continue to count on them to meet many of our merchandise (and merchandising!) needs!

Terrible costumer service. They didnt even respond to my complaint letter. You are much better using a different distributor. Nalpac does NOT care about their costumers.

Racist company/owners extremely rude I was warned by an employee they discriminate on the customers as they come in to pick up orders to determine if they wants to do business with them DONT DO BUSINESS HERE
