Bedbug problem. They always have dogs coming in looking for bed bugs because someones always got them.

Old building, bad soundproofing between units, disrespectful neighbors, nonstop fly coming into the unit over the summer, no one fix broken laundry machine.

I’ve been here for three years. A very great spot to live in. You can literally step foot outside and be downtown Ferndale. The apartment it’s self is nice but I’m outgrowing the whole one bedroom. I believe all the apartments here are 1 bedroom. I’m blessed to have beautiful neighbors and they all were here 5 plus years before I got here. I have really no complaints. At first I found it weird for us not to have a person on site but management reaches out to you in a reasonable time via email and via phone.

2019 $900 for lies - NO windows were replaced, walls, bathrooms and kitchens STILL crumbling. Well get back to you. For years. Dilapidated falling apart renovated units. They dont want to do repairs to bathrooms, kitchens, windows, etc. Constant flaking out on appointments, promises broken, delayed, rescheduled, cancelled, etc. They would rather lose rent in between tenants than just fix things.

I had an appointment to veiw a bedroom apartment with Leca Logan at 1pm today and she never showed up! I paid my $25 yesterday for the application and couldnt even veiw the apartment! I called her over 10 times and never got an answer and even waited 40mins for her just in case she was running late! Dont waste your time the management and Leca are a joke.

Walls are terribly thin, I can hear my neighbors entire conversation while they’re speaking to each other in a regular tone of voice, while I’m in my bedroom trying to sleep. The building needs to be updated
