It was my first time here today. I walked into the door and was kindly greeted by Ben. He also did my nails. The service and kindness he provided was amazing! You can tell he takes his time and cares about the quality of his work! I didn’t have to correct anything. Love the shape, color and shine ! 10/10 job and great service. Fantastic!I got a full acrylic set with gel polish. The shaping was amazing and it was fast and a very good price. Will definitely come back soon.

I just moved to Fernandina Beach and have finally found a nail salon I will return to. Tom did an amazing manicure and pedicure (I am very picky). The salon is clean and very professional. I do not hesitate to recommend.

Had an appointment - they didnt begin services till 70 mins after my appointment time. Then had to wait 30 minutes btw services, bc the person that does pedicures doesnt do hands, but I told them what services I was making and appointment for when I called and made the appointment. Then when they did get to my hands, they did what they wanted to my nails vs what I actually asked for, even though he was given a visual example. When addressed about this the owner was very unprofessional, showed zero accountability, nor concern for my time or my money. Will not be back.

Ive been here numerous times and though I like the way they do my nails most times, they are super unprofessional when it comes to appointments and wait time. Every single time Ive come Ive made an appointment in advance. And every single time I wait at least 30 minutes up to an hour to be seated and lord knows before some comes to actually start my service. Im very irrated today as I sit here and wait.

I was visiting my brother from out of state, and during quarantine I was not able to get my nails done. I was nervous about making an appointment somewhere else bc my home nail tech is awesome. I am in love with my nails. Charlie did a great job, I wish he didn’t live so far! Now when I am come to the beach I will also be visiting Paris Nails Spa.

I would love to rave about Paris Nails off the island near Woody’s BBQ and Anytime fitness. Ben and his family have opened (11months now) a bright, beautiful, very clean nail salon. Best massage chair I have EVER been in! I got powder nails for the first time( was a bit apprehensive... had gel nails before) and they are awesome ! They also do brows and facials....give them a try... you won’t be sorry!

Came here with my girlfriend for the first time. One of the most beautiful nail salons Ive ever been. Everything is sparkling clean. The technicians who did our nails were very friendly, warm and did a great job. They use all natural products for pedicures which I think is a plus.One more thing: there is no TV or loud music, only zen relaxing music. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing which I loved the most.

This is my happy place! The staff are always extremely courteous and very caring. The atmosphere is quite relaxing. And their services are amazing!

Just went for the first time. Despite being a busy Mother’s Day, they called me back right at the time of my appointment. Linda was delightful. She was genuinely committed to my having a relaxing experience. The Firecracker pedicure was over an hour of pure bliss (scrubs, lotions, paraffin wax, hot stones, and an amazing massage). I am recovering from hand surgery and she could not have been more gentle or conscientious during my manicure, even securing a hand rest from another station to alleviate pressure on my hand. A straight manicure is very reasonable; cheapest I’ve found in the area. Very clean, professional salon. It’ll be my new go-to spot!

My sister and I went because we had heard such great things about this place. We arrived at 12:00 and signed in at 12:05 we were both seated and placed in water to soak. We were next in line to get pedicures. 3 more people walked in. Two for pedicures and one for a manicure. At 12:50, the people who came in after us were getting serviced before us. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Don’t even waste your time here. Arrived 2 o’clock on the dot, and all I was getting done was a gel full set. I was sat down very quickly because there was only 2 customers there. Another customer came in pretty upset about how they did her nails earlier I suppose. The lady who was doing my nails ask me to wait just for a quick second so she can do whatever she has to do with the other customer. So I kindly told her yes, thinking it was going to be something quick. Nope! I sat there for about 30 minutes!!!! Waiting for her to get done with the other lady. I began to get aggravated so I asked her if she could let someone else do my nails ( there was about 3 people not doing nails just on their phones) or if someone else can come and help the other lady. She told me to give her 5 minutes, but 5 minutes turned into 15 minutes!!! By this time it was 3pm and all she has done was put the tips on my nails. She kept getting up so I finally had to tell her that I had somewhere to go and she needs to focus on getting my nails done. No apologies or anything, but instead, after the customer who has a problem with her nails left, the lady who was doing my nails began to talk about the customer. I left out at 4pm! And now I realize what the other customer was complaining about bc I also have bubbles in my nails. Not just that but my right pinky is so much longer and bigger than my left pinkie smh. Definitely not worth $45 dollars AT ALL!!! And definitely won’t be a returning customer! First and last time coming here

My girlfriend and I both made 11:00 appointments for pedicure and fill-in. We walked in at 10.50 and 9 others were inside who had appointments also and only 5 employees working. Its now 11:25 and the girl just approached us and said (only about 15min).

We made an appointment for five manicures and three pedicures at 10 a.m. We asked that the manicures be done together and chose Paris based on their agreeing to do them all together. We wanted to enjoy this time together as were having our nails done for a wedding and live all over the country. This time together is special.We called to verify the appointment and they informed us it was never put in the books. They asked us to move the appointment to 9:30 a.m. We agreed. When we showed up at 9:30 a.m. the door was locked. Someone showed up at 9:35 to open and they needed a few minutes to get everything turned on; employees began to trickle in after, but some of us were halfway through before others began. One of the guests finger nails was filed so far in on the side it was painful. I was never asked which pedicure type I would like. When I finished my pedicure, the woman just walked away and never came back. I saw her later as she began to give someone else a pedicure. She never confirmed she was finished with me so I asked someone I was with if she thought I was finished. Another employee asked her and she just rolled her eyes. I think its clear I wont be back.

I finally found someone to do my nails the way I like them. Staff is very pleasant. Recommend Paris Nails to everyone!!!

I went on March 14 to get a Mani and pedi with SNS powder on my nails and I also got my little girls nails and toes painted and as of March 15 the clear coat thats supposed to be a uv set is chipping on my nails and my daughters polish is coming off I paid $115 before til and $150 after for my nails to mess up Im very dissappointed
