The woman that did my nails was obviously new, we were stationed away from everyone else, she was only one wearing a mask and was clearly not well and now I’m coughing and sniffling as well. Each nail she did someone had to come and show her how to do it. Nails look awful, nails on one hand longer than the other. Sat in chair nearly 3 hours for basic manicure.

Its was great!! Very clean and nice ive been going there for years now and I have to say Miss Hanna and Miss Amy did a fantastic job on my nails 💅❤️❤️

5$ extra for coffin shape that came out like square shape, 15$ extra for gel polish. And to top it off I have a big cut from the file on the underside of my nail. Gel polish peeled off within 3 days.

I have been going to this salon for almost 20 years. The salon itself is very clean. The staff is warm and friendly. Felicia, the owner is very attentive. If you ever have an issue she will correct it. My nail tech Tammy is awesome. I highly recommend New York Nails.

Im a tourist. I had such a great experience as a guest. Everyone was so welcoming. Ive never had a technician take such time on my nails. She was fabulous! I had a broken nail and she was able to build it up to match my other nails so I wouldnt lose the length of my other nails. She did wonderful work. Next time Im in town ill be sure to come back! Great experience!

Myself, my 4 year old daughter and my mother-in-law all thoroughly enjoyed the fine hospitality of this nail salon. They have been nothing but polite and provided a very time managed pedicure to us all, at the same time, where they exceeded my expectations and maintained professionalism THE ENTIRE TIME. The people that left bad reviews mustve had a chip on their shoulder, because rhis place is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Made an appointment for two if us to have a pedicure. I stressed that I wanted them at the same time, as the time before one if us waited 15 minutes for service. This time it was 22 minutes before I got service, and only because I was getting out of the chair and putting my shoes on. A regular came in and was promptly given a technician while I was still waiting. After visiting twice we will not become regulars. No apology from the manager. No excuse for poor customer service.

So my 16-year-old sister went in for acrylics not only did the guy working there do a horrible job. When he started working on the nails she told him you cut them too short I wanted them longer. He said you got to let me finish and you will like it. When he was finished and she said she did not like the job to the manager could she please fix it, the man cussed at her and said it was becouse you where a walk in. Would definitely never recommend the salon to anyone.

I have been twice and had two different people do my feet. Neither of them helped a my heals that need extra attention. They did not even use callous remover even after I asked.

There are many choices on the Island for a mani pedi. I will always choose to spend my dollars where I am respected and my business is appreciated. Sadly, it will not be at NY Nails. I had an appointment, Manager put me in the foot bath and promised someone would be with me shortly. I was left in foot bath for 40 minutes. I called the front desk several times with no answer. Dried my feet off to speak to front end employees, where after a lot of looking information up, I was advised my Technician was working with another client. No one else available. Manager had the further bad manners to not apologize. There were many opportunities for the staff to make the situation better, none were taken. I was treated with a high level of indifference. In other words, Management or staff did not care one bit that my experience was bad. They do not deserve my money or time. Shameful.

Mrs. Moon gives the greatest pedicure, plan for plenty of time, do not be in a hurry.
