I would like to acknowledge Jennifer, the manager of this store for her wonderful customer service skills. I went to this store to get my daughter a new phone plan. The manager, went above and beyond to help me. She spent two hours trying to activate a phone that I had purchased on ebay. She even stayed over-time because I came to the store a few minutes before closing time. She contacted boost mobile customer service several times to get them to help me; however, the phone was locked. She recommended that I called the carrier to unlock it. That same night, I called the carrier and the phone was unlocked. I came back to the store the following day and she was able to activate it. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me. I recommend this store for your mobile phone needs. You wont be disappointed!

I called the Boost location nearest me over 4 times and did not get an answer. I went to the store and I was able to switch carriers and got a new phone however the cell service is very poor, when my family and friends call they are having a hard time hearing me. I would not recommend switching to Boost at all.

We seriously just walked in and someone was there in the back but never came out to help us. We sat there for 20 minutes, and no one came out from the back or said hold on, nothing, complete silence. Me and my son even attempted to get their attention to help us but we received no answer.

We had trouble with my wifes new Moto G Power which we ordered directly from Boost Mobile. I had called Boost Mobile and spoke to two reps and they could not fix the problem. They recommended I call Motorola and I spoke with their two tech reps and they suggested I get a phone replacement. I decided to try one last effort and took it to my local Boost Mobile store in Fern Park, Casselberry. Their rep Amara Villarroel took care of us. I explained the situation and she spend the time and effort to help us. She was very helpful and patient and she educated us along the process. She is very personable. She is extremely knowledgeable and had my wifes phone up and running in no time. She is an asset to this Boost Mobile local store.

This place is horrible. Especially management. Rude and disrespectful. Yelling and cursing at a mother that had her kid with her. Disgrace.

Went in today to get a sim card upgrade for the extended service. Jennifer was so well trained and helpful, she resolved my issue. I needed to first update my plan, so she called into customer service and then she helped me install and add the new sim card. While she was helping me another couple came in and started talking to her ear off about their needs. She kept her cool, tried to help them, while still working on my update. Before I left, she made sure my phone was working properly and even told me about some new features available with the updated service. She was really fantastic, so patient, and incredibly helpful.Thanks!

I walked in this store with my mom so she can get a new phone. The girl didnt even come out from behind the counter to go over the phones with us. The prices she was giving us were completely different than what was listed next to the phones. They had at least 5 to 6 phones that supposedly they dont even carry anymore. She tried upseeling to my mom whom is 65 years old and is not tech Savy at all. Smh. Horrible customer service experience.

Refused to sell a phone without a 25 dollar activation fee to literally just enter my phone and pin and click transfer.Thats fine. Purchased the phone from Walmart down the road for 100 dollars cheaper.

This stores customer service is the WORST Ive EVER experienced. Lady behind the counter was rude and not one bit helpful. She would rather prove a point then to actually help a customer. Her snarky remarks and tone of voice was VERY unprofessional. If this rating was 1-10, this store would definitely be getting a 1. The store off of 434 and 17-92 will be the ONLY boost mobile store I go to in the future, because they actually VALUE their customers.

Worst Boost Mobile location. The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and really do not care to keep customers. I went there to upgrade my phone and ended up walking out because of the lack of professionalism and went to another location to buy a $300 phone. This place would rather lose sales and customers than help them. This location should be avoided. Drive a mile up the road to the Longwood location on 17-92. They know how to treat customers right.

I have been there several times and they were always very helpful and easy to deal with, but most of all,,,, honest .
