I took a uniform to be dry cleaned. They did a wonderful job! They also do alterations. Very nice people! I will be going back.

I have never had anything dry cleaned here but I have been getting clothes altered for over 5 years at this business! I love the family and all of my clothes are tailored beautifully and quickly! Also the price is amazing for alterations.

Family owned-have been a customer for over a decade and can honestly say its worth the trip even when I have moved over 30 minutes away. Whether dry cleaning or alterations the work is outstanding. Much better than other places Ive tried.

They hemmed my demim jeans for only $12.00. professional fast results. Dropped them off Friday afternoon ready for pick-up Monday at 10am.

Ruined two expensive shirts by shrinking one and doing something to both that changed the fabric permanently. They used to be soft and silky but now they feel like theyre made of paper, stiff and unwearable. On top of that, whenever they are anywhere near water they absorb it so that it leaves permanent water marks, which never used to happen.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Dont be fooled by convenience. They will lose your stuff and not give it a second glance. No apology; no trying to make it right...NOTHING.

I have been a l customer of this dry cleaner for several years. Because of the type of work I do I need my clothes taken care of professionally. I spend about $300 a month on laundry and dry cleaning. They ruined two shirts and one pants.I was told to leave when they were late on my pickup. I cant support this cleaners anymore.

Very disappointed in this cleaners. I was warned by a friend about this place. I thought what could really go wrong? Right before the holidays I took my favorite most expensive pair of black slacks in to have cleaned. THEY LOST THEM!!!

Walked in with a pair of slacks and a button down shirt. How long to press(friday) give me a sec. Um monday. Why does it take 3 days to press a short and pants?

Brought an item here, and when I took it home it seemed worse than when I dropped it off. There seemed to be more stains in the area where the original stain was, that looked like drips of something.

Ive used them for a year on and off. While their cleaning is fine, their service is horrible. At times, nobody to receive your clothes. At times, nobody to deliver. At times, lost clothing.

They did horrible job cleaning my skirt. When I came in to pick it up I decided to check it out, the guy said they will do it again. When I came in the next day the skirt was not ready so I had to come back 3rd time. And it still was dirty

I have been loyal to Carter’s for 20 years, and even with the change of owners, I have not been disappointed. Work is high quality and prices are fair.

I took a pair of shoes for repair, walked in the door and was informed they dont do shoe repairs. Hmm, think you should change the name of your business?!

The customer service I received at this location is by far the worst I have ever received from a place of business.

No Shoe Repair!When I called in and asked about the shoe repair service, an Asian woman in broken English simply repeated ”no shoe repair, no shoe repair” and considering I got this number off of the shoe repair business card its a little baffling why they would even advertise it...
