I would like to give them no stars!!Today I have a so called manger (Sam) hump in my face while I was sitting in the hot sun yelling and pointing his finger in my face. The man went off on me all because I ask for the number to his Corporate office I was belittled in front of all the customers that was waiting and talk to as if I was a little child selling me to Google the number because that’s what he did and no one knows the number at the site I would never return to this location it needs to be shut down and I forgot to mention all this happened in the middle of a shoot out while we were sitting outside

The associates are very nice and try so hard but unfortunately they do not have enough people staffed. There was a long wait to get my car and they didnt have many options to pick from, dropping it back off went a little quicker. All and all it was an ok experience but if you can go to a bigger Enterprise location it would probably be a better idea.

The Branch Manager Ron is the BEST!! The top level of customer service he provided will ALWAYS have me to come back to this location for any rental needs. He went out his way to assist me with getting the rental I wanted. There was a small issue when I arrived, but he stayed late to help me straighten it out. Thank you for your superb customer service. This is now my favorite location!

My experience at this enterprise was by far thee best! All the staff were friendly and helpful. They work with you in many circumstances. Any question I had they answered and offered really good deals on every car I drove. I had the rental from an insurance claim for about 3 weeks and it wasnt a hassle at all... I would highly recommend this location, and as far as the employees that assisted me Randy, Taylon, and Jesus! Very professional and well manured!! Thanks again...

I had a pleasant experience. The staff is very nice and professional. They made the process feel seamless. Suggestion: Maybe buy a portion of the lot behind yours or next door to extend your parking lot. Thats a nick or ding waiting to happen; maneuvering is nerve wrecking.

My experience was great with the young gentleman who assist me with my rental. He even gave me an upgrade at the cost which was superb for my weekend getaway. I would definitely do business with location again. The 3 guys that were there is very professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time to start my weekend.

I used this location because it was closer to my home. I rented a 2016 Chevy Impala. They called me the day before to confirm my reservation. I informed them I would be there. I was called again the morning I was to pick my rental up. I again told them I would be in. He told me that it was ready for pickup and I could come in at any time. I told him I did not need it until the evening and I may come in an hour earlier just to ensure we could leave on time. He told me it was a Chevy Impala and they would try to hold on to it. I informed him that I had reserved a premium level vehicle in advance and expected one to be there and highway ready when I got there. The deal that was booked was not honored. I used the rental anyway because of a time crunch. The staff was pleasant, but not helpful for my situation. I asked for the phone number where I could speak with a manager or someone in a position that had authority to rectify the situation. I was given the customer care line where I was told they dont deal with those issues. I was then given the administrations phone number. They took my information and had the area manager contact me. I was pleased with her initial response time. She listened to my situation and had me text her verification. That was about 10 days ago. I still have not heard back from her. When I arrived on the day of pickup for my rental, I had to wait for them to gas it up and the back seat was dirty. I returned my rental 3 days ago and informed the gentleman that processed my return that I was still awaiting her call. He said he would notify her. I have to use this company for business. I have expressed my unpleasant experience with our office manager. I did obtain this particular area managers stores. Although currently, my employer still does business with this co, I will not be renting from any locations in the zone of this location.

I will never rent anything from this company ever again!!! I had a rental from them for an entire week returned it today. Emily, Kara, and Clayton (mgr) charge my credit card twice. They also charged my debit card that was on file from a previous rental once. I spoke with M. Convy (regional mgr) she basically said we can call your credit card company and get it fixed over the phone. It’s a Friday after 7:20pm when she finally called me back the office is closed as well as my bank. The credit card company as frozen my credit card because of this and my checking account is overdrawn. I never gave them permission to charge my debit card. I have a disable daughter that is ill and I can’t get her medication. On top of the fact the regional manager had the nerve to tell me. If I had to take my daughter to the emergency room they are not paying her medical expensive, but you caused this issue not me!!! When I asked for her mgr name and telephone number. Ms. Convy said she didn’t know his number (right)!! Don’t bother calling customer service because they are a joke!!!

Aaron is an a$$ hole and Rachel is AWESOME!!!!Due to being struck from behind and my vehicle being totaled by an uninsured driver, I dealt with this location for over a month. Whenever I called and Aaron answered he was extremely annoying, rude, and condescending. His robotic attitude towards the process was delivered in a way that was very unwelcoming to their client base. Most people that rent a vehicle, have been in an accident, are traveling, or their vehicle is being serviced, etc. The mentioned circumstances can be in more ways than one stressful. Aaron came off as annoyed whenever I had questions. He’s very cut and dry and matter of fact like as I witnessed him deal with other customers as well. I know your job gets repetitive and you may at some point become a subject matter expert but don’t be so cut and dry that you ruin the entire customer experience. For example, if I am a security guard and residents suppose to show their ID before entering. If it’s snowing outside and a resident ran out side with no coat on to grab the mail and forgot their ID in the wee hours of the night, I am not going to let them stand outside in the cold and freeze. In a nut shell, this is how I felt in my situation. I was trying to make a decision on rather or not I wanted to get an additional rental out of pocket as I had exauhsted my Insurance policy limits. He annoyingly badgered me to make a decision while I was sitting in the lobby trying to check my bank account not thinking about the fact that I didn’t ask to be in the situation. I felt as if I was unwelcomed unless I made a decision to continue to rent a vehicle. By all means, I would never expect a handouts, but just simple understanding and courtesy while I think things over. I kindly walked out and decided to come back to further think it over. I just felt he should have been a little more empathetic or even gave me some options as far as rates or understanding to my situation as he knew the circumstances. Even the very first day I spoke with him, he was rude and didn’t have a welcoming spirit. I called multiple times since I was in the rental a while as I had questions on different procedures. I HATED when he answered the phone. I would literally hang up and call back and pray that I get someone else. Every time I spoke with Rachel she had a warm welcoming spirit and didn’t make me feel as if I was bothering her as Aaron did. I am actually going to deal with a different location moving forward just so I will not run into Aaron again. He should take notes from Rachel!!!!!!!!!

Totalled my car and was able to get a rental for however long I needed. Car was very reasonable priced and Clayton and Ron the managers on diff days (think thats his name) were an AWESOME HELP! Ron was very fast and efficient and when i had to come back clayton let me finish my sentences b4 trying to answer and didnt blow off any concerns I had. The rest of the staff was pretty great too-very friendly and able to make you laugh even if your going through some tough things. Will definately use this location over any other enterprise!

My experience was great! They were out of compact cars so the manager opted to give me a Nissan Murano 2016. Of course it was an awesome car, the wait at pick up was not too long, and drop off was smooth sailing. They even gave me a ride to my vehicle. The manager Ron was great and very patient from start to finish. This is definately my location as long as Ron is the manager! And I definitely recommend you go see him!

When asked by Enterprise about my satisfaction with my rental, I responded all was well except for the steering and the limited space in the back seat area, which was no fault of Enterprise, but both areas mentioned was very uncomfortable. They promised coupon on my next rental but didnt tell me how to redeem it, or what was its value, other than that my experience was good.t

Every time you call or get called you get a different story, have been renting a vehicle for over a month and was told by the manager that as long as I was making payments I would be fine with no issues now I get a call demanding payment in full or they would be out to reposes the car. When I call to talk to someone the person is very rude and demands I return the car saying that they will no longer rent to me and my name will be red flagged in they system and they will never rent to me again. The only reason I stayed with them for so long is because I was able to make payments

The entire staff was pleasant, friendly, polite, and accommodating. Although there was no vehicle in the class available when I came to pick up my rental, the staff was determined to put me in a vehicle I desired. I was slightly inconvenienced by a short wait. But, overall, service was good.

I rented a 2016 Nissan Altima for a weekend trip to Tennesse. The car was clean,great gas mileage and very accommodating. The reps were very professional and had warm smiles on their faces. I personally like having someone wait on me that I can walk away feeling they cared.I have been using Enterprise for over 20yrs and have never had a bad experience.

Csr rep was ok but this place overall is not what i was use to when i deal with enterprise rental i started with a 242.00 rental b4 leaving i was out of 506.00 dllrs which i would get back 194.00 im a elite-platinum member they didnt bother 2 ask i was always told if using a major cc only 20%is deduction so my card was decline had to have my Credit card company release more funds !😕💁

I called the reservation line for a one way rental over a week ago for a friend, was told he could return the car since hed be listed as a driver. We arrive at the branch location and they wouldnt allow him to do so because he doesnt have a major credit card even though it was going to be held on my card with both of us as drivers. I was told by the branch that requirement changed yesterday after being told by the reservation representative we could.

I made my reservation for the wrong time and the 2 men in the office did everything they could to get me a van. Also, a debit card was left in the van after I returned it, they called to let me know it was found. They were both very professional, I would rent from this location again in a heartbeat.
